I am more than sure, any Indian citizen while resident in India is not allowed to remit/transfer money abroad for betting and speculation. Further, as per Income Tax Act of India, one is answerable for any money incoming into one's account(of course answerable for out-going money also, but here we are talking about income money only). If you correctly show your earnings received online in your account, you are also required to declare the source of Income and once income from betting is declared, one will be in the net of Income Tax Department.

Those, who have better knowledge about the subject are welcome to throw detailed light so as anyone indulging in online betting is aware of the rule position as also consequences.

Participation in Fantasy Games with companies in India is legal.
