Ooty Fillies Trail Stakes

Surprise Shroff booked local talent Umesh for his mount instead of bringing a Mumbai jockey.is it coz Umesh is accepted as top class rider or that the mount doesn't have chance so also ran catogary hence Umesh is selected.i m not able to judge.but if honourable members put their views I can understand pesi intention.

Shroff trying to win in all centers as his stock is very high pedigree but poor horses. Next will be Spitfire with Trevor riding which should win as it is the best runner in his yard so far. Good for Ooty and Mysore not good enough for Bang to take on the mighty Sir Cecil . Sad to see such good pedigrees perform so badly.

When is Fillies trial stakes?

today is 1000 guineas, just now completed and won by Saving grace, which incidentally ridden by Umesh in last win in season opening day
