syns - you are right - but they do have enough 'extra time' before the shoot-out!
Belgium need to play more rough and rush on to the opponents more they were allowing Japan to move freely - saw the highlights Belgium did dominate!

Belgium struggled to beat Japan, it was a lucky win in the last minute with small but costly mistake from Japan side, or else who knows if match was drawn and penalty shoot out might have a different result too

As of now - Belgium has the best chance to lift the cup - Belgium vs Japan - 4 in favor of Belgium - 4-0.

If you are saying 'Brazil' is winner and 'Portugal' is runner up
That is not possible because they will meet in semifinal any one of them will be in 3rd or 4th place
then 'Croatia' and 'Spain' will meet in Quarterfinal So U selection not possible for 3rd and 4th place any one of these two teams will fight for 4th place

@ Hunter ... I think Argentina will be rejuvinated after their lucky escape from Elimination.
I would have actually placed Belgium as second favorite, but they could meet Brazil in QF and that will be really tough beating them.

There's a mistake in your selection.
If your prediction for semi-finalists is correct, then Mexico will meet Portugal in the semi-final. So, it is not possible to have a result with Portugal as winner and Mexico as runner up. If Portugal win the cup, then Mexico has to be fighting for 3rd/4th place play-off.
