Indian Turf

I have lost a couple of thousands backing Psychic Force given as Days Best by a website.

Yesterday, I gave my choices after a glance of 10 minutes of entire card to test my skill. Some outsiders were given intentionally. I am a Trevor follower and could have easily tipped Dancing Dragon. However, of late Trevor has become inconsistent. The only jockey who had blind followers in India was Aslam Khader. It was also surprising how Trevor won on Bora Bora Mansuetude and Dancing Dragon. Trevor, Sandesh and Suraj never wins on favourites, past records show.

I have also requested the punters to play as per their own choice and come home without loss. As such incurring a loss of Rs. 59/- on a tenner does not arise. No one can tip winners in all the Races. If you calculate on everybodys selections without being biased, then everyones choice finally will indicate loss only. As such always think wisely.

While I skipped Races yesterday, my next visit to Course will only on Derby day to squander more money. Afterwards, Pune.

2.30 Bred for speed #8 WINGS OF DESIRE made a promising start in a maiden at 1100m trip last start and looks sure to progress stepped up in trip now.

3.00 #6 MEMORITER wasn't beaten far here when third last time and has every chance of going one better now from the same mark.

3.30 #6 LADY BARRINGTON needs to leave behind her reappearance effort which quite simply wasn't her true running. She has the speed to overcome drawing the widest barrier and gets the top rider in saddle. Appeals on handicap.

4.00 #7 DANCING DRAGON has scored readily the last four. The four-year-old looks progressive at this sort of level and although this looks harder he should be involved at the finish again as he will surely appreciate the big step up in distance.

4.30 #6 MANSUETUDE isn't the force that won a maiden back in 2017 summers, but her most recent efforts at the tracks have shown that there is still an engine there and she can resume her winning ways dropped back at her winning trip.

5.00 #2 RHAPSODYIEN QUEEN gets the vote as she takes a drop down in grade to a level where she can get off the mark.
#6 ARABIAN PROMISE would be one to consider if she attracted market support.

5.30 Vastly improved #1 HALENKA hammered the field first up back from the spell and would be tough to stop if replicating that level of form here.

I feel there will not be a showdown among Lady in Lace, Dancing Dragon or Temerity to lift Maharajas Cup which is attracting peanut stakes.

Looking to the present trend of results happening at BANGALORE, it should not come as surprise if KAMBAKU lifts the Cup, who won the Mayors Cup with effortless ease.
