Are We In For Another 25 Paise Jhathka ??????

By Shaps | 15-Jul-2018

Yesterday, many paid the price for following a 26 paise favourite.
And remember, no questions asked nor reasons given.

Well, today, there is again one race whose favourite odd's are around 25 paise.

ARE WE IN FOR ANOTHER JHATHKA ??????

@raj-original,
Odds on castlebridge was 59/100 and not 30/100 as you mentioned, you might be talking about corfe castle.
Trevor gave a decent ride and was unlucky to lose the race, none thought a horse like Cavallo Veloce to comeback with a second run after getting beaten in the straight.maybe weights on castlebridge was the reason,or the horse might be good enough upto 1200mts.but I don't think castlebridge was run to lose,it was just unlucky to lose yesterday.
Just my views, thanks

@ Azim.

Those who backed castlebridge outnumbered those who did not back.

It seems the public never learns. Or if one punter decide to play safe, 5 punters are ready to be suckers. On 14th Desperado the least favored among the four won. And yesterday, friendless Cavello velace did the trick.

It is curse inbuilt in betting. The most unexpected happens and bookies will be laughing. Punters should take a royal oath not to back below evens horse at any cost. But, yes they will take a royal oath, only to forget it the moment a bookie marks odds-on on any horse.

come on guys trevor tried his best on castlebridge but akshay kumar gave him a rude shock of his life with his impeccable riding, and as far as bold command is concerned many punters backed the horse but what else can you expect from a terrible trainer and a pathetic jockey

Castlebrudge was sold after a Win, the new owners would have spent a fortune to buy him, and if the horse had to win this race at miserly odds with the winning purse of around 10 lakhs what would they have recovered, what race could the horse win next time at better odds, how many races would it need to win to recover the cost of purchase and maintenance? In their best interest they had the next handicapped horse to win BM. But B Suresh had connections with The Gold and brown so to ensure bigger dividends a Chennai horse and Jockey and trainer took the lower weights at advantage while Bold Mejestic eased up. That's my theory. The owners will get better odds next time.

@Azim, with these owners, you should not have expected any other result. Today they would have made millions.

Congrats Shaps.you were right If YRM OR bold command would have won no one would have said any thing but they wanted all 3 in betting to be out.this is a bit too much.

One thing Bharath singh is very predicable by some. 27 lts change of verdict when they last met this is the current scene of racing.

Mera bharat [not Bharath] mahaan

You are right. Its Race falling right before Derby. The favourite may not oblige before Derby, if the favourite of Derby is set to win.

As per handicap, ADMIRAL appeals best. It will certainly challenge Castle and may prevail. Your Royal Majesty is no mean by any standards.
