This charging for live viewing (15 to 20 seconds delay) was started by RCTC, after that BTC and RWITC followed.
The punters most probably will be in the race course at the time of racing so the question do not arise.
As far as I know very few persons has got PC with internet connection and they are not bothered.
With in two minutes the results are published in India race.com or at the concerned race course and finally after white cone is hoisted the video is available for viewing.
Even if the offer me for ten rupees per day, I do not wish to pay.

It should be made free live streaming for rest of all the centers across India.

The clubs should behave as professionals, enough of looting from all ends from the punters and the followers of this sport.

Rwitc it is a small amount they may b collecting from live streaming They should encourage sport by giving free live streaming charging 1000 Rs is a foolishness of Rwitc if they r considering its a game of skills than they should not charge if they consider its gambling let them think
