Yeah bro that's right decision by MRC if horse done same mistake it will get banned from racing.. Like sudha banned from banglore

If the gates open ul nt be refunded..if thats nt opened ul be refunded

Please note that Horse MOON BLINK (No.9 -Draw No.3) inthe last race of Mysore, the vidio clearly shows the horse did not jumpout but it was not stuck in the gates. The Jockey tried his level best to move the horse but the animal did not move..

Hence the refund do not arise at all. MRC is correct.
