It is horrendous decision by the MRC stewards. Before hoisting d white cone, it is their bounden duty to look in to d pros & cons of d race & after making sure that there is nothing objectionable looking at d race from all angles, white cone has to be hoisted. This elementary knowledge is lacking in d present bunch of MRC stewards. By their ill decisions, now they have opened up a gateway to many more untoward incidents of like nature to happen there & probably every where. The present bunch of jokers deserves to be sacked forthwith if there is any provision to do so, in d best interest of racing.

MRC lacks adminstrators and stewards with sound racing rules knowledge OR stewards are involved in betting these type of incidents will happen ,Recently one horse was declared non starter after it crossed the winning post,

There should be uniform RULE in all racing clubs that when ever a jockey falls during the race, always THERE MUST BE stewards enquiry before WHITE CONE is hoisted

At the very onset  the stewards should have called for an enquiry as it was obvious that the horse was not ready at the time of start, the biggest blunder wasto call for an enquiry after a big hue and cry from  punters in the paddock and stewards did succumb to pressure which shows that the backbone is weak. This could cause a lot of  repercussion in the future as they know that they can have their ways by hooliganism. The stewards should have stood their ground or before the white cone should have called the first race null & void. Hope before hoisting they look into all finer aspects and avoid such embarrassment, as this shows the quality involment of  the members in taking this sport forward . 

I played in 1st race no.5 place for 80 paisa in bookie. Will it be refunded. Blady stewards announced it has non starter. But still bookie didn't refund the amount. What to do? Plz clarify?

There was absolute chaos at MRC, it was to diffuse the escalating situation that they took this decision. There were already fist fights as punters/mob barged into paddock, and moved towards weighing room   

If the stewards of mysore declaired non starter to horse no 5.then why the pune turf club/pune bookies,not return back our payment .please clarify .

Today, 1st race, Everlasting Memories, Horse No. 5 got bolted and completed the race first without the rider who was left standing at the gates.  The white cone hoisted in 10 seconds.  All  win payments were made.  A protest followed. Then comes the enquiry  into the running of the race. It is realibly learnt that Mysore race Club had declared EM, No. 5 as nonstarter and refunded the money.  However, in Chennai, the  authorities preferred to CHEAT the punters and not make any refund.  I am sure the experts in this forum put some light into this matter.       

Shame on stewards

The Decision of stewards was an act of haste due to the fact that there was a mishap where a horse was dislodge the rider and two other were stuck in stalls for a while that was ignored by the stewards an all clear was given however, after public pressure they have started investigation and after nearly one hour they just announced revised timing of the remaining card and no one knows what is the decision of the club after one hour hang up. this type of cases should go to the court where justice will be done.

Why should only the fav horse leave jockey in gates. Everlasting Memory closed at 4.5 odds there only he was not winner. The same group made sure that the other horse won. MRC needs to see video footage of gates to see what was jockey doing was he son the horse or standing when gates opened. 

Will I get my money back?

mysore race club stewards r all cheaters they can see the horse is a non starter how can they give race all clear they all are taking punters for ride  this is clear cheating. Stop playing races 

When you meddle with the races as per your whims and fancies and declare the horse  on an earlier occasion as Non Starter while the fact was the horse participated in the Race till the winning post. The action of Stewards  made refund of bet amounts to the punters who backed the horse. Now in the particular above race, when the horse was running without a Jockey, the punters protested which made the Stewards to change the result even after the white cone was hoisted. This is against Rule Book certainly. The Stewards have however unknowingly set a precedent.

The STEWARDS OF MYSORE Race Club are undoubtedly a bunch of Jokers .

Recent mysore race in which there were from emotional outburst from the punters to call a particular race null void or make everlasting Memomry which got backed heavily in the bookie ring.

If you see the reply carefully there was no problem what so ever, E.L.M got reared up soon after the gate is opned, because of which Jockey unseated and horse strolled out with out jockey and apart from this there are 2 horses which were slow to start.

after the race every one felt there will be stewards enquiry to check starter decision. were all the jockeies saddled properly.

but it wasnt the case, soon the white cone was hoisted. I think this was only fuelled suspision in punters mind and there were group who stopped the activities for more than 90 mins.

But fact of matter was, the decision was right, there was no problem what so ever. but only issue is by not calling stewards enquiry and taking decision in board room would have avoided the incidence. 

As such with jockey on E.L.M act on the saddle is bit suspicious,. I think this needs to be checked upon.

I left the race course after waiting till 3.40 pm .Will I get my money back

MRC club is taking for ride .
