Trevor is grt no doubt 

What all saying Trevor better better.He was better jockey some time back.Not now. How many horses he pulled. He is not punter friendly.  When wanted he will bring the horse. When not interested it will be Also ran. Now a days he is fooling punters. Wake up. Compete with others.

Akshay is good...and coming days he will prove his metal for shure ....he is junior to Trevor Patel,and just started his mounts on various centers and with better horses .Confidence of Akshay Kumar is Great and he will give very stiff challenge to sandesh/ Trevor or who ever is better rider of India .

His sitting style/pushing/judgment of the pace of the race and his dedication towards his mounts is much ..and much better than others ....we all will witness my right up..Bravo Akshay .

Hyderabad is peculiar centre which throws exactly one jockey every few years like P kamlesh,P S Chowhan and now Akshay Kumar.This indicates usefulness of Jockey with reasonable skill and nothing beyond that.Jockeys getting mounts in Mumbai/Bangaluru are better jockeys

Dear guys I agree with you all that both the jockeys are good but akshay is special or else he wouldn't have got mounts in western India for sure, what impressed me most is the perservernce in his riding.

The main difference between them his 1.Trevor always ride in one style  coming way off the pace from outside with heavy whipping most of the time,and vigorous pushing too.

2.akshay has got a good aerodynamic riding position   and good balance wieght distribution on horse and while whipping he doesn't loose balance most of the time horse feels comfortable in his riding and it will squeeze extra from the horse that makes him special I don't know did he learned or god gift watch out for his success inin future,

My common question is why u want to whip a horse so much to win a race if it is trained  I haven't seen any thing like that regularly in international racing.

SO NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT EITHER P TREVOR OR AKSHAY KUMAR BOTH ARE GOOD JOCKEYS.

DIFFERENCE OCCURES IN LAST 100 METRES OF THE RACE, WHERE THE JOCKEY PUSHES OR PULLS THE HORSE.

Between these two Trevor Patel is best 

and as for my choice A Sandesh even better compare to Trevor Patel

Trevor Is Anytime Much Much Better.

No Choice, They Have To. Otherwise, Impossible To Survive.

1. Undoubtedly both the jockeys are best in their job but guys always dont forget one thing that it's breeder,trainer who prepares the horse for a race;jockeys have minimal role to perform on the race track. .
2. Though this is irrespective to speak in this topic but out of my intrest I would like to say that jockeys like C.S.Jodha;Nakhat Singh,C.Umesh etc also have great skill and we should not ignore there talent. .

Sir Akshay is better then Traver cause Traver gets top horses of india or breeding wise superior horses and Akshay gets average horses ,in my feeling in coming days Akshay will also get better mounts then I will judge who is better

No jockey rides against the instructions of their seniors. So all jockeys are best to their respective caliber. It's the horse that wins the race.

It would be better if we discuss who obliges punters more consistently.  What does it mean to a punter if Trevor is a better rider.  Off late he has been eating public money.  So my vote goes to Akshay Kumar .

i like trevor just because he know very vell back streatch

no doubt that trevor is an excellent jockey but akshay kumar is going to give him a stiff competition in the coming days

jockeys are only judged on tracks such as kolkata mumbai and chennai. keep ur comments till the winters r over. how come u guys call pune a race track i wonder??????

We have seen both jockysj action in Pune Derby. Better experienced horse Knotty ash given to AK.problem rectified Pioneer s given to Review Patel.former failed to lift the cup whereas later got the race coz of his pure skill only.now u can judge who is superior. 

Trevor Patel has nothing to prove..Akshay Kumar is no doubt a good jockey but a long way to go itz better to leave on time and leta wait and watch rather then making pridictions

There is a lot factors .Did you see how pioneer won it's derby?

Both are good riders ...but Trevor, sandesh,suraj and srinath are little more experienced with pace.

For me Sandesh is the best.I think he should try in international circuit.
