Jockey is only as good as the instructions to win or loose or reduce wt for next race.

Congratulations to Akshay Kumar and RH Sequeira for winning jockeys and trainer's championship.Akshay Kumar looks a far better rider nowadays,thanks to the trust he has been able to find it from good owner's and trainer's who aren't bothered about the odds they receive knowing very well most of the times they might start as a favourite.kudos to Hyderabad race club for having such large sporting owner's in their club which are responsible for many close finish in the races.frankly nowadays I feel Hyderabad races to be way better than other clubs.

You are doing a great service to horse talk,kindly ignore negative comments from some members here.some just give their selections just by a glance of race card and if any of such selections pass they come here to claim full credit for choosing the winner,how can someone give their selections such irresponsibly and claim laurels when any of them pass is what I can't understand.where as you have tried to give your selections (your writeups) are with lot of sense and with some responsibility,keep them coming.....I can just hope some people shed their arrogance and give us some better meaningful discussions in future.

Congratulations to jockey Akshay Kumar and trainer R H Sequeira. Really a commendable performance. Want to see the combination in Classic races more. Those who criticises Akshay Kumar should know that he is getting rides in other centers too and with good trainers. His ride on Raees was extraordinary. Every jockey has his own style. So we should not compare jockeys. The more a jockey wins, more owners gets interested on him and he gets better animals to ride on. Hope Akshay Kumar too gets to ride big brand horses very soon.

Well I believe the stats achieved by Mr.  R. H  and AK are simpsi superb.  Although I  have no idea about HYD racing but such performance needs aplauds from everevery. 

A game which is famofa  for being inconsistent, and these two made a bold stastatem for sure by showing such consistent performance . 

I am sure everyone in indian racing cicircu is aware of these two SensationS of Indian racing.  Who are ready to take on the big guns now.

I had seen each and every race of Hyderabad this season and Jockey Akshay Kumar has been too good. His judgements on racing has improved. But everyone should acknowledge that Horse owners retains the Jockeys for the season. This year the Owners must have seen something extra ordinary in Akshay Kumar that has compelled them to retain him for the season and that has earned the prize. Another thing all wins are due to team work that earns the prize. 

Congratulations to Jockey Akshay Kumar and trainer Squarish. I was in Hyderabad for some personal work for 45 days, I visited HRC ,really I liked it.I feel it will be no 1 race club in INDIA looking at all otherothers are facing so many problems.

One swallow doesn't make it a summer,raci rais degenerating in centres like Mumbai considered Fair.leave centres like madras,ooty , Delhi, Hyderabad (happy together fiasco of golden brown colours who regularly indulges in like many of his mates-- no explanation asked by stewards),in Delhi tdato in last race connections of horse no 7 pulled off a gamble hours before the ownership changed hands which paid good 200  and more than 300 for a tote ticket of a fier or tenner as in Hyderabad and others.gone were the days when accountability was there.strictly for trainers only and not even owners are aware and do not count except for big fry.

Godzilla: On HT forum I found you are the person always busy in making anyone, anytime heroes and villains apart from only praising and praising yourself. What others are thinking and telling about you , you are least bothered. Just read others and introspect where you are going wrong, and whether your writeups are relevant with the on going subject and debate.? We cannot forget your contribution to this forum. Just board the train and don't be late. Take everything in right spirit.

AK is awesome two big races at pune in last 2 days was enough..it was a delight to see this young gun. In coming days he will win many Guineas oaks and derbies..

Ak is a good rider n the fact dat he is receiving mounts in mum speaks volumes. Start wid ooty, this guy rides in all centres.  His ride on the ooty derby winner was awesime.

The horse came to hyd n then won a gr8 race n placed in the classics.

We talk abt Raees n Truly epic bt what abt Knotty Ash in the Derby or Benevolence in the first race on sunday

What is most important for every Race lover is the complete confidence and that is, what ever you are doing in Racing is being executed and followed up dilligently and honestly by the concerned(  Mainly the Trainer and Jockey ) This is actually the back bone of Racing and if we can get this in our Indian Horse Racing, our Horse Racing will be no less than any one in the World. SCS has brought out this most essential component very clearly with facts and figures in his column and mind you this does not mean that only the favourites will keep on winning Races,but yes there will be minimal uncertainty in the minds of Race goers and the most commom question, the Horse is Trier or Not.
