All this is nothing when compared to the bookies ring, with huge crowds.

It is very difficult to play at the ring.The authorities never even come for a visit to see the very large problem at the ring.

The bookies ring needs to be expanded. Alternatively, it could be shifted to another area where the area could be bigger than the present one.

But alas, there is nobody to listen to all these views.

Past assurances are mostly un-fulfilled.

Coming to Racing I feel the Handicapping is quiet different from other centres.Here Winner penalties are on Lower Side giving scope for a Winning horse to repeat.

I think last Winter season started with revision of Ratings by whopping 20 points then corrected by 10 RPs during the season Lots of confusion for Punters following Ratings.

With so many horses we have seen Races cancelled due to paucity of Acceptors which only shows that Owners are not keen in running their wards because Winners are penalised lightly ofcourse this is my reading of the situations.

Same horse winning raises it Ratings resulting in this centre horses not able to impress outside HRC.

It is high time they have a re-look at their Handicapping System.

Hi..said well.. HRS club members are old and lazy horses...Because of Nizam gratitude they have club.. otherwise they are PHAKIR club of India.

Very Low Standard Administration ,, Imagaine 5 race days Getting cancelled this season due to Paucity of Runners in which way HRC is moving towards..? Much advertised Melbourne racing  cup being cancelled due to the same reason.

Fillies , Colts & Derby  Won by the same Owners  and same Jockey is  really a eye raising concern , no worthwile competation   Every classic races the field is too small, (Mostly 4 to 5 Horses Running ) Outstation  trainers are least intrensted in getting there horses to run at HRC

Offlate Races are not being  held on Sudays due to Unkown reasons,..!! instead held on mondays &  weekdays, Officegoers following Hyderabad races are finding difficult to attend race days

Inform horse mounts are being given to same particular jockeys ,the gap beetween top jockeys and decent performing jockeys  has widened  

HRC Chariman & Stewards are unanimously being elected for the same posts year after year, hence high handedness is prevaling in HRC, Need to induce fresh blood in the managment comittte ,things shall deifinately change henceforth..

My observations about HRC

1. The counter clerks are closing the counters immediately after the betting for the race is over and chit chatting without attending to the customers. This was brought to the notice of Chairman by MR. Veda.This needs to be checked.

2. The carried over JP amounts of other centers are added only to the Hyderabad races. In stead they can add the same  to IVB jockpot on classic days.

3. The mobile charges at headquarters needs a look. While it it is free at off course centers a mobile change of 150 is charged at Malakpet. I request HRC to make it free at Malkap also by suitably revising the entrance ticket.

You forgot the goondas roaming the race course, the illegal bookies openly operating, the race-fixing and poor condition of wash-rooms..
