     Bhardwaz: Nothing new in three yr. olds allotment of ratings. Normally it is treated first time runner three yr. olds rating is around 30 points and further increase and decrease depends upon horse's placements in future runs. In maiden terms race normally all horses runs on equal weights except fillies less than 1.5 kg weight of colts irrespective of their ratings and in handicap race for three year old maidens horses weight allotted to them as per their ratings where two point difference makes one kg difference in their allotted weights. As discussed earlier on number of times allotment of ratings is the discretionary power of handicapper other than terms and graded races where handicap is decided by age, sex, number of wins and other parameters wise the details of which listed in prospectus.
