Trainers like LD Silva are not to be expected to win classics they doesn't have the capacity to dedicate training good horses their only aim is to make quick money never bothered about the owners . Unfortunately a good horse from a top owner had gone to LDS . Forget it.

Excellent is a mediocre horse hyped up. Trainer of Excellent is anything but excellent so picture looks gloomy.

What you must know is the horses won handsomly in one or two seasons are run to favour other races. Can you go through the records that Poonawalla Multimillion races and Pune Derby winners are very poor runners after those races.

There are some untold rules which will be followed

LINCLON was the days best bet for me (unfortunatly there was no betting in Bengaluru) Reason is Timeless and Perfect Star has won two events (as 4YO), Holysmoke has won one event in Mumbai as 6YO (After 5YO one race is won each year as handicaps) and lastly Supershine has no performance. Hence LINCLON was a sure shot.

So the horses mentioned by you are not duds.
