La Rondine won well,brillaint judgement by jockey leigh Roche to pick La Rondine instead of Arabia and oomph,but then if yu look at Arabia who also ran a brilliant race as well,at the last 200mts Jockey Akshay kumar  lost his whip ,this i guess made a loot of difference and with the help of the whip Arabia wuld have run La Rondine close,still she finisht a gallant second....

pathetic ride by Akshay Kumar on Arabia. Being a champion jockey, how can he be so negligent to drop the whip at crucial stages of the race.

Castlebridge was delibrately ridden by Trevor not to win. Trevor on  Spitfire was  not bothered to occupy even second place . Trevor had a jolly ride on it.
