Racing To Resume At Mahalakshmi From This Sunday

Racing will resume at Mahalakshmi on Sunday, 6 January. Big questions are:

1. Will bookmaker stalls operate in Mumbai? Or will one have to place bets with illegal bookies? Will absence of licenced bookies affect the attendance?

2. Will bookies operate in Pune?

3. Are bookies operating in Delhi? This centre apparently sees maximum turnover in off-the-books bets. Has the hafta been increased?

As far as racing is concerned, RUFFINA and RIQUEWIHR shape as good bets

It's really a foolish doubt. Racing resumes at mumbai. I don't understand when they stopped racing. If they didn't stop racing at mumbai then there will be no question arises.
