According to me, there are 4 horses to be validated--

1. The Invader(8) (Total Gallery-Dajolie). As the Major pointed out the Sire aws an out &out sprinter. However, sometimes when it is mated to a stayer the results can be awesome. The Invader does not jump- out smartly as it should in a big race like the Derby! If he jumps clean, he will be hard to toss and thus I give him the best chance to annex the Derby.

2 Kennedy (3) fro Shroff's stable. A dark one. Tossed into the deep end! However, Trainer Pesi would know better. He will stay well.

3. Isnt She Lovely (10) (Excellent Art-In the spotlight). Two things stand out in her favour. One her Dam-- commands enormous respect and the second- Jockey-David Allan.

4. Mea Culpa (4) (Multidimensional-Yana). Fab Pedigree and a champion sire.

Ofcourse the luck of the race will play a creucial role. However, if The Invader jumps out smartly he will be the one to beat.
