No Raining After Midnight Weather is Very Cloudy 

It is raining in Hyderabad and looks pretty heavy showers, though the forecast is that it wont rain from 1300 hours. However, the PNR will increase and may even become soft going unless Hyd has a monsoon track. I have never heard of any Derby in India run on the monsoon track!

Thus, the results could be topsy turvy!! Ideally, they should postpone the Hyd Derby-- that one race.
