Back to listsNumerology, Wow, It Truly Works !!
By Larry | 05-Feb-2019It's been a while since I posted on this forum, however something very unique that occurred on Derby day compels me to share this with those who might be interested. I know, some people may scoff at this, however for me, being a numerology buff right from the beginning, it just proves how numbers play a very important part in not just racing, but also in our everyday life.
In fact, when I started my racing career, my knowledge about racing was zilch, and for me, it was never a case of seeking information, or find from others what to bet on, so I thought I'd apply numerology, and believe me, it used to pay me rich dividends then, however, as time passed by, I picked up the nuances of racing, be it handicapping, timing, pedigree, and all that stuff, and even though I do resort to numerology, many a times it's my findings based on racing theory rather than numerology that rules over my betting choices.
Anyways, let's move on to what happened on the 3rd of February 2019, with 3 being the date, and the ruling number being 8 (3+2+2+0+1+9=17=8).
My findings based on numerology for the first race was something that I just could not go by, because I could not look beyond King Khaleel, and as second choice, Barack, and also Perpetual Winning, who finished very close to King Khaleel in race 14. Now the reason I was so strong on KK is that he clocked a time that was almost level with a class I race on that day, and that too, over 1400m, and on debut, so I don't usually look beyond such horses, anyways, with these findings based on racing theory, I just couldn't digest the fact that Hells Bells and Ustad Pedro were showing up strong in numerology, based on day numbers, and name value.
Now before I proceed, let me elaborate why these two showed up so strong. The numbers for the day were 3 & 8, and 6 & 1, being opposite numbers of 3 & 8, so we're looking at nos 1, 3, 6 & 8. Now, call it providence, or whatever, KK and Barack were withdrawn, so it's just horse nos 2, 3, 6 & 8 that had the numbers of the day, either as horse no. or draw no., and it's only Hells Bells that had the numbers for both, so that made him a very strong candidate.
The moment Barack darted off, and began his round of the course, I realized that what I'd thought impossible initially may actually come true now, and darted off to the window to place my bets. Played Hells Bells 20units, Hodson's Horse and Ustad Pedro 5 units, box forecast, quinella, and tanala with all the four, and bingo, I was richer by about 40 grands. What more could I have asked for? A fantastic beginning to the Derby day.
Just to emphasize, thought I'd mention, the day before, that's 2nd February, I had Turning Point as one of my choices, and the reason was the horse no and the draw, which were 3 and 8, and the reason for the next day’s numbers to strike then was that this race was scheduled for 6:30 pm, and I believe that the ruling numbers for the day change over after sunset, which was at 6:32pm that day, and we all know that a couple of minutes delay is but natural for racing in India.
The point in posting this long write-up is by no means trying to boast, but just to put across the importance of the unknown, in terms of planetary positions, numerology, and that sort of stuff.
Sorry guys, a long post, but for ones who believe in numerology, I reckon they'd surely find meaning in what I have posted.
