Betting on races by  an  average/ordinary  punter CAN  NOT  have  a WIDESPREAD  canvas  of win/shp/thp/forecast/tanala /etc....

 As a main stay of  punting -It should  have  only  one  or  max 2  varaiables - win/plcce, win/forcast or forecast/tanala and  various   innumerable  combinations etc..

after  so- called 'experience'  many  punters drift to  all sorts  of  exotic offers - which will  take  years to master..

win or  place  betting  can  never   be REPLACED  by  any alternative/exotic betting  methods - at least in INdia....

not to prove that you are wrong. any method in racing is good as long as the punter is earning a bit or not loosing much. just out of my calculation I went through some random results from Mysore and Banglore if one bets 100 rs on horses 1,2,3 for win shp and thp there is no way he can come out of tote with profits on an average he looses 2000-2500 rs that too if he gets a fluke whose rate is more than 150 for win shp or place. Once  in 10 days I believe you can come out with profits on that average and that too if he hits a jackpot of fluke horse more than 200 payout twice in the same day. You Can verify that from the results of last 3 days of Mysore and Banglore races as an example I’ve calculated those last 6 results keeping the investment of rs 900 on horses 1,2,3 in each race for win shp and thp. I think this as misconception and leads to everyday loss for sure. 

The results I’ve put forward are out my understanding and calculations along  with due respect towards @krish.

First of all you should see maximum no of WIN/SHP/THP resuts from these 1 2 3 numbers compare to other numbers. I hope you don't have any problem with these numbers. Secondly these numbered horses are higher weight carrier than other horses(Except term races). Please note higher weight carried horses are always better than lower weight carriers. Thirdly, I am applying one of the astro-numerological method and having good success to some extent.

1-1 RACE KA RAJA - Should win cantering. Master Becket is good for SHP/Forecast.

2-4 CAPTAIN ROY - Ignore the last run over a mile, prior to that two seconds over 1000m/1100m. Mister Best beat most of them in the previous race can place for sure.

3-3 RYBACK - Last two runs (2nd) were very impressive over a mile and 1400m. Should win this time.

4-2 MASTER CRISTIANO - Is a class horse, Last run 2nd was over a shorter trip, but is good at a mile race and won many times, Vazra last win was in a lower class and carrying top weight in higher class is a tuff task I think so.

5-1 ACKER BILK - Won well drawing away in the last race over 1000m and extra 100m will suit and top weight in the same class is not going to stop from winning.

6-1 ACRO POLIS - Ignore the last run over a mile was ask to go from the word go until 1200m with same jockey. Might be a shocker. Whiff of Gold, Rustum e hind and Inazuma will fight for minors.
