Racing at Mysore is very competitive and unpredictable because they swing between big and small owners.  On the opening day all three favourites of big guns obliged with comfortable wins. The other 4 races were very close , fighting affaires.  Mysore definitely tests ones handicapping skills.

Hi all

As u can see...no one here was successful in picking correct winners at Mysore...at least 20% success rate was not there...so I advise all to be more cautious while handicapping n spare more time to guess the Final placers....Without adequate study some r posting winners of Trophy as separate Post....Plz work harder...

1-2 TIME ALWAYS - Ignore the last run over 1400m, Running is lower set, Tracking well and -3kg advantage. Wood Cutter if tried can spring a surprise.

2-3 EDDIE THE EAGLE - Just had couple of runs in Mumbai, Should be able to win this maiden race.

3-6 BERLIN - By Phoenix Tower, Had only run loosing by a nk over the same distance. Should win this time.

4-8 MERCURY - Ran as a favorite last time over 1100m, Tracking with Brabourne, extra distance should suit and decent chance.

5-3 BRABOURNE - Has the class to take this one, has to beat Coorg and Towering Storm. Might be a treble for the owners with this one.

6-3 SADEEK - Is my DAYS BEST! Very consistent and won well in mysore and last run was in bangalore.

7-3 SPORTO - Pune import, had just one run in mysore to finish a close 2nd last time. Can win well in this 5yr old company. Breaking News will come close.

Welcome all for Mysore summer races tricky card is offered for the first day Mysore centre is always a tough nut to crack but with three olds running in some races it could be worth a bet it two ,caution before wagering without the betting trends.

1st Race:  class 5 race to start with Sardinia, archive,wood cutter  and velvet rose is running with equipment change , seriously I never understand why a trainer gets to know about the best equipment after so much of runs i feel pity about them ,very well placed oro Plata ,vroom vroom have good chance to strike here ,but the horse  time always had ran with better company and his last run is best ignored stumbled at the gates and lost its chances more over 7 furlong doesn't suit her style  this horse should place comfortably.

2nd Race: maidens race is mouth watering here horse which are gelded recently amporum , spiritual force,tarek,time lover needs run I always believe irrespective of how much tracks you give still it needs a run so best ignored.

Eddie the eagle with impressive forward race form is the horse to beat by bookies ,but Air velocity a local horse with impressive run in 3runs has the best chance to clear maiden ranks easily this filly should outpace the whole set here ,first run horse Valkyrie (very good German name) is tracking well I feel she needs a run but Peter rabbit half brother to Bernice is tracking well but can't expect a class training of sir sunderji with eshwer so air velocity is a good wager here.

3rd Race:Don't look being BERLIN he should romp home with rider looking back . Impressive run with good earth lost narrowly at the post I don't see any horse with a class and guts of good earth here to topple the apple cart of BERLIN.

4th Race: Back to back double for shapoors here with MERCURY second to Angelino and third to Akita pro and nose being spirit Bruce should win easily from Mumbai discard or prospective winning hopeful from new owners whatever daughter of the sun should follow MERCuRy here.

5th Race:John Cabot what Mr bipin sir is thinking I don't know seriously why he took this mediocre horse to Mumbai only for knows this horse is moody and has very bad gate manners very difficult to gauge is performance, Sussex pride needs a run in Mysore before trying ,amaris,cloth regiment ,towering storm all are gambling stable show much the public scold these trainers they don't mind at all to change the style of racing these trainer  are pet caring horse in race course not training it's my personal view towering storm  so BRABOURNE a 6 yr old mare hasn't tried genuinely they have already ate  so much if money on this horse it's time to win .However watch for betting trend for towering Storm.

6th Race:ship rock Mumbai discard needs a run but rather shine is given a ride to apprentice claiming 3kgs so he is showing his intent for  trying ,Batman,sadeek,are from gambling stable Mr mail bahk only knows whether he is trying are giving runs,it's best watched here murcilago, eternal inspiration, king of the world ,color proif all are having very good chance to win here so best ignored from the betting perspective.

7th Race: speed queen trainer and owner's dont andhave a good jockey to ride his ward from Mysore and Bangalore so he has hired p uday kiran from Hyderabad but still I believe she can't place here ,sporto a Mumbai discard and Mysore potential winner hopeful as they thought ,this horse is all about conflict of interest stewards horse almost GT surrender horse are of stewards benami owned horse so it's left for them to win or to eat but if ridden and tried judiciously it should win here it's better to be watched alone.

This is a gambling centre there is no passion or pride here for the owners nor the trainers only minting money is the order of the season beware before wagering bets.

Race 7. Race between no 3 sporto & no 11 breaking news a young app. Jockey vs current ootty champ 

Sporto is a import frm Mum tracking gud can win 

Breaking news also a front running horse tracking well.. should be a double for the owners by starting & ending the 1st day of the mysore races
