I would request you to come up with a sort of analysis, to consider and understand the logic behind your selection, which will help.

A ' Sherlock' detection from clues that can emerge only after a thorough post race analysis. As you have rightly mentioned, playing all races is foolishness and one can never win. Selecting the right races, doing a thorough study, unwavering discipline  and confident wagering is the only way one can improve in their strike rate.

Think about it. Tony has shown the way.. The good tipsters here may follow a similar methodology while giving their choices for races where a thorough input has gone into arriving at the Selections.

Just a thought, ignore if unreasonable and impractical.

1-5 PRINCESS AMU - Recent 3rd over 1600m and Ekalavya also had a lung opener and running a class down. Both will be tried this time with better jockeys. Slight preference to the prior.

2-8 DARAHASINI - Last two previous runs was with an apprentice last season. A good eachway bet. Two others to consider are Chula Vista and Songkaran.

3-4 NATALMA - Had a lung opener after six months to finish 3rd over 1400m. Extra 200m will suit by multidemsional and Zervan to ride again is+ and King Creole is the next best choice.

4-8 STARRY WIND - Can have a good eachway bet, lost narrowly to Striking Grey last time, now has weight advantage. Others to consider are Set to Win and Striking Grey.  

5-10 KNOTTY ASH - Won very impressively recently and a young horse taking on the top quality horses. Tatunkhamum and Mauritania are sure for consideration. A eachway bet at longer odds.

6-8 KIRKWOOD - By Winlegend and Suraj riding should win this maiden contest. Performed well in previous races as well. DAYS BEST!

7-4 COSMIC FEELING - Has a lung opener recently over the same distance. Should go well this time, has to beat Star Cavalry.

1st based on last run 1 Ekalavya stands tall, only worry is jockey's form, 5 Princess Amu can give scare to winner, 8 Track striker can place

2nd both 1 Desert Angel & 2 Chula Vista are closely matched, former with season run benefit may get it, 8 Darahasini can place at longer odds

3rd on age 3 King Creole looks good, but 5 Proud Prince can upset if tried, 4 Natalma can place

4th close call between 8 Starry Wind, 11 Good Time Indeed & 1 Star Cracker, hope former with its winning jockey prevails

5th whenever both 1 Tutankhamun & 2 Mauritania met, Mauritania has got advantage over present trip and Tutankhamun won over 1400, hence I feel Mauritania can beat it again, watch out for 10 Knotty Ash based on the win of courage yesterday, also keep an eye on oldie 7 Smile Stone

6th 5 Sir Lancelot can be a gamble with trainer having 4 runners, 11 Truly Delightful can place at longer odds and may upset too

7th 9 Marco Polo can do it again, 4 Cosmic Feeling & 8 Grey Channel are the upsetters

2.00 Simply Majestic and Aleef both merit consideration, but preference is for #1 EKLAVYA after his encouraging return to action here last month. He will relish the step up in distance. 

2.35 #5 SONGKRAN has gone extremely close over sprints the last thrice and makes plenty of appeal once again especially with positive switch in saddle. Chula Vista and Show Girl are capable of playing supporting roles.

3.10 #4 NATALMA needs to leave behind her reappearance effort, which quite simply wasn't her true running. She is even better over this trip and should be right there. King Creole looks best of the rest ahead of Another Rainbow. 

3.45 Fair Warning is knocking on the door and should go close, though narrow preference is for recent 6f winner #7 STANDOUT, for whom this extra yardage looks ideal. Set To Win is no forlorn hope for a place. While #6 PIPER REGINA ended her winter campaign with a victory and the five-year-old can make a winning return to action. Keep an eye. 

4.20 #2 MAURITANIA looks the one to side with despite disappointing on his latest outing while resuming and he can prove too strong stepping down over a sprint. He is better than he showed last time and gives Padmanabhan a strong hand in the contest. Though a big danger will be Suraj Narredu astride #4 ACCOLADE who is entitled to come on for his reappearance. 

4.55 #8 KIRKWOOD showed considerable promise in her last start when good third over C&D and she can put that experience to good use, edging out newcomer Sir Lancelot and Hukumat. 

5.30 Star Cavalry is improving between runs and commands respect being the only 3yo maiden winner though preference is for #9 MARCO POLO, who won here last time but was disqualified for drug positive and now has to prove himself. Appeals on weights.

Two horse catches attention

6th race -  horse no 4 - Northern Alliance

If you look at last run it was 6 furlong but came from way behind and half heartedly ridden.. today 1400 mts.. good last track work 1000 in 1.11s .. last run horses ahead of him brother in arms or horses behind him dragon mountain or Ozark are all good horses .. worth each way bet even though a lot of good jockeys in this race

7th race - horse no 5-  Renegade - should place certain.. can win 

Comparing both star cavalry and Renegade have close to Musterion in previous races.. but Renegade was impressive last run and better jockey in saddle
