I feel this Ooty reason has been failry good to punters. There were times when you have to wait your money at the Tote counters to know the horses getting backed in the last minute and then punch your tickets. For all the difficulty that you undergo, you will get Rs.11 or Rs.12 for your investment of Rs.10. Still that money was a guarantee! However, things have vastly changed for the better now and you can look for decent odds, both for win and place.
