In Mysore, you had tipped Andermatt , stating that the horse should win even though it's under stewards scanner. Does rules change for Mysore and Bangalore.

Can you tell me or give me an account, how many enquiry pending horses or disqualified horses have won in subsequent runs, to get convinced with your view point. I hope you will not mind sharing such details with me.

Thumb rule : Never touch a horse with an enquiry open. If it wins , you clap.

GODZILLA: I differ with your comments that disqualified or enquiry pending horses can’t win in very next outing. I owned number of horses and by my experience I wish to make it clear that if the trainer/owner prefer to run the horse with change of equipment or with change in distance it  can win and have little impact on pending enquiry. Because it will be treated as the change in distance and equipment was proved more suitable to the horse, resulting for win and earlier enquiry may even treated as closed as the scenario is completed changed. But the  trainer will be warned to ensure more consistency in future after finding the  suitable distance and equipment likied by the  horse and  his explanation will be noted for future reference.

Thanks for elaborately explaining & clarifying all the doubts regarding pending enquiries.  But in certain cases despite enquiry when the horses won even in the same distance & same jockey ( on couple of occassions in past)  there was no action initiated, perhaps in light of circumstances noted by the stewards.  Normally, only thing mentioned is enquiry is opened regarding running & riding of the said horse.  Indeed many a race goers  would have been benefitted by your vivid reply.  Thanks once again

STARONE:  During last outing Here and now took a proper jump and ran erratically on his right and the rider dislodged. As the horse was favourite ant not behaved like this in previous runs, the stewards decided to conduct a thorough enquiry to  clear the doubts whether the horse behaved in such a manner forcing the jockey to jump out or it was a will full act carried by the jockey?Further the stewards directed the trainer to show this horse at gates in trial or give mock race to clear the doubt about jump out and erratically running after jump out.

The horse can behave in such a manner under the circumstances 1) not holding the bit properly or having wolf tooth or sharp molars 2) if saddle is loose and jockey not able to control / balance. 3) to avoid colliding with other horses or clipping the heels due to tightly packed field.

The race day and vetinary reports not disclosed any such abnormality, and out come of enquiry is still pending.

Now the horse entered to run over 2000 mts with different jockey. Earlier in all four previous runs this horse ran only between 1000 mts to 1400 mts and yet to open account, including the last only run over 1400 mts where rider got dislodged. The trainer has given one gate practice and two mock races after the last run but the staying capacity  yet to remain tested. Generally when trainer changes the distance or equipment on horses, this become a shielding excuse for them for  both winning and loosing of the horse, particularly in the circumstances when the previous running of the horse is pending under enquiry. Change in jockey means either the trainer or owner wants to opt a second opinion/ feedback from a different jockey regarding the behaviour and running of the horse to satisfy themselves for future engagements of the horse.

Now after all the above details and facts we have to be  fully convincing ground with us that the horse can win and we can go for betting. As far as my opinion is concerned I will avoid this race and further judge this horse after this run for future decisions. So also I am not encouraging nor discouraging to anyone for betting on this horse. The decision rests with the individual but as usual I wish for everyone’s enjoyable and profitable racing. If any horse is disqualified or has pending enquiry, invariably that particular horse in very next run  never wins. Keep this in mind please.

Why Trevor should be punished, do all the horses have same fitness for entire month, it can be improved also, I don't think any jockey should be punished for an improved performance after 15 days or so (strictly my opinion only)
