I play all races where hirses r 6+ as I get win plus there

I avoid the ladt n second last races as dont want to get stuck in the jostling public.

Also usually miss the first n second races on weekdays and all if on the other office site which is 20km away from pune city....

Right.   You somehow survived.  And took home a modest plus.  

I just wonder.  Whether you bet in all races?   You have given your betting summary from Race no 1 to 7.  Mercifully you avoided any bet in 8th race.

Agreed, it is your money!   My congratulations because you emerged winner.  All is well that ends well.

I however subscribe to a different idea.  For one or other reason I skip betting in 2,3 or 4 races a day.  Sometimes, it is proved correct.  Sometimes, I will be proved wrong.

Right.  The problem is not the out of syllabus quesion paper.  Everything appears within the syllabus at the time of betting.  Only when the race results are declared, we will found ut that our answers are horribly wrong.

Take for eg, Sultan Suleiman's win.  Can anyone say the horse had no merit?    It won in the debut run and repeated the performance!  Trouvaile's 2nd also cannot be questioned.  But, we had fixations about no-2 Victrious Sermon & no-6 Mzilkazi.  The exacta paid a whopping 4000 + 2000.  Of course, I had no bet in that race.

The jackpot c/over.  Treble paid a handsome 8k.  Leave it.  Such results are in several hundreds every year.

Call it a cooked up race; call it foul; call it cheating.  The net result only counts.  Whether we get or do not get dividend at tote or from the bookies.  

Punters can at least stop betting high with the bookies.  It is ok if they bet 1000 or 2000.  But, of late there are too many bets in 5k, 10k etc.  (and still higher).

Bookies pay us two days in a month and they gain in the remaining 28 days.

Very good.  At least you had the nerves to ignore no-2 & no -6.  But, people with such intuition & luck are hopelessly low in number.  I think you had that luck in 6th race; not in 5th race.

I am in good company.  I too prefer low bets on forecast mainly, some times trinella.

If you had skipped Pune races yesterday, then that is happy news.  Take your friends and buy them Mysore pak/ Masala dosa and coffee!

Indian frankel:

Almost every punter lost around 20k or more.  Of course, I feel, you could have skipped the last two races at least.  Well.  In hindsight, everyone is wiser.  Hope you will recover the amount as quickly as possible.

Hals:

Fair racing can be expected when the punters learn to bet low.  I do not want to comment on the politics of rwitc.  Let them do as many mischiefs as they desire.  Punters should be on alert.  Only a small percentage of punters can lose heavily and still manage to maintain their normal life style.  But, majority are hopelessly short of cash and yet in the betting ring they silence the warning of their subconscious mind and indulge in rank indiscretion.  Well.  This is going on and on, endlessly.

on a light note, when we are going for an exam we should be well prepared, at times it happens that some questions come from out of syllabus, nothing can be done, you have to right the answer which you think may be right, but not necessarily be right

It is well known fact that a great deal of rivalry is going on for quite some time between two big groups in Rwitc as such we cannot expect fair racing, one group is always trying to pull the carpet under other for vested interest. However we expect Poonawala ji who is considered to be honest will do his best to bring back some lost glory. Let us hope for the best.

Copper Queen finished 8th in a six furlong race with Yash Narredu in same Pune track last month.

Now it suddenly wins beating the likes of Questina Trevor up and Knight Superior Sandesh up with Yash on saddle that too winning a million Race.

There is nothing wrong in calling it as day light robbery under RWITC. These mushroom guys are showing undue favours towards Bookies and killing punters.

+8K in the first race,

-20K by the end of the last race.               That was the two line story... and that is the fate.

Mr Raghavan : Thank you for writing this article. I don't know how many people learn something from your true story of a race day. I did not attend today's races to avoid big crowd of Pune Race Course due to Poonawlla Day. Tomorrow Hyderabad is waiting for me. Now let's see how many racegoers come with their true story of Pune Race Sunday, 15/09/2019. Good night!

First race 4 1 forecast 500 gone

Second race  2 6 forecast 500 and 6 shp 500 gone

Third race 7 bank 4 5 forecast and quinella 250 each totally 1000 gone

Fourth race 4 5 forecast combination each 500 , 5 shp 500 totally 1500 gone

Fifth race , had enough of Trevor Patel and played 4 5 forecast 500 , 452 and 451 direct 100  each,  300 win on 4.  Total gain 24680, collected the cash and left the tote. 

Also took jp for 810, gone, mini jp 160 gone.

      After two days of gap... I went to off-tote centre today... As many experienced punters I to lost money upto the 7th race... but in the 8th race luckily I won 1 forecast and 1 quinella of Rs...1006 plus 802 = Rs.1800/... With a profit of Rs.400/- ... I came out of the tote or else I may loss Rs.1400/- For each Rave I used play 200 to 250 not more than that... that to Forecast and Quinella combinations...

For last many months I am following the Advice of 'Raghavan Sir'...
