@Sanjoy basak...Thanks a lot..if someone plays 10k in each race day.so for 13 bets he is investing 113k...now coming to you..you lost 4 bets that means 40K loss...Now if you play place at a average odds of 1.5 then returns will be 1.5*9=1lac 30 thousand return + betting amount of 9 bets 90 thousand..=2 lacs 20 thousand..I was quiet happy in my life by investing in this way..and I also have some long shots place at least 5 in a month..so friends play place...only place.let the best horse wins...

I think Victoria sermon is a good horse but upto 1400m only.  IMHO it doesn't stay, and for this reason it couldn't even place.  Dont bevdisheaetened, Better luck next time

Trouvialle is the horse with good chance to lift Pune Derby.

Moriseiki is the only horse which has won the distance and looks like upsetting the poor Derby card. I never worry about the jockey because if a horse is good enough then jockey doesn't matter.

According to me Trouvaille will not stay the distance and will not be in the money.

Moriseiki vs Sultan Suleiman and the former will lift the Derby.

Prince Valiant seems to be the most promising place finisher. Sultan Suleiman is a more than worthy adversary.

Hi All HT FRIENDS..Yeah it is a difficult race to b sure..but since we luv the sport we can at least cheer for our choice...They all have run so limited..so the only choice for us to decide is Pedigree..Preparation..Recent runs..n earlier n recent track works...u will most probably do well..but derby is a different proposition...Pls Read SRINIVAS JI Article n lot of doubts do get cleared.. For me it is as difficult as any climbing Himalayas..But choice wud b sultan Suleiman.....

Just watch how easy Trouvaile will Trounce the Derby. Dont look beyond it i am going to bet 50k in opening odds.

As this year’s sweepstakes collection is only Rs. 25 lakh, the newly-elected committee, comprising of Zavaray Poonawalla, Zinia Lawyer, Geoffrey Nagpal, Surendra Sanas and Milan Luthria, has decided to contribute in equal proportion an amount of Rs.15 lakh.

Pune Derby - There are only four main contenders according to me. 

Moriseiki, Sultan Suleiman, Trouvaille and Victorious Seman.

Now a days RWITC Suffering financily & most of the races goes against the odd, so no one can predict sure winner.after all we are plying horse race [unpredictable game]/ Gamble.....

Wizard  of Stocks would ruin all calculations and would provide proud moments for Pesi and Ameets of Usha Stud ( New stock from this Sire)

Victorious Sermon, Trouvaille and Sultan Suleiman are the three who should fight for the Derby. Of the three,  Trouvaille is my fancy. The horse has been well-prepared with particular reference to the short Pune straight. In it's prep races it was made to come from behind, so whatever it's position at the bend, Trouvaille should be in the firing line. A place for sure - at 40p or 50p it should be pick up money. What about it's winning chances? I am a bit wary of the owner's reputation. Will he go for the glory and the measly winning purse or will he prefer to lay his own horse and picker millions? Only time will tell!

The race is between Trouvaille and wizard of socks.

It is Wizard Of Stocks. The run in bengaluru was devastating.

The turn of foot is very good and from no where he runs to the front.

Trouvaille is undoubtedly going to vie for the coveted honour but dont under estimate Victorious Sermon and Wizard of Stocks with former blazong tracks,  VS tracking with  Auburn who decimated likes of Roberta, La Rondine and Watchmyscript is definitely going to be a different propositon alltogether and WOS - Master Trainer Pesi gets serious when its question of Derby.  So for me its going to  be 3 way affair with Victorious Sermon and Trouvaille vying neck to neck and better one should prevail -  Trouvaille.. Yes I go with you. C S Jodha should ride.

Sultan Suleiman  should hack this field by record lengths.
