In the upcoming days if I got some sure shot then I will come with 2000% sure shot will increase the percentage from next post...If you don't like my choice simply avoid my post and punters who are backing my horses let them back...They are quiet happy...No need to interrupt..they are in huge profit...Those who have played and lost money on MONTE REI after my post,..this is for them "" you guys just get ready  I will give you back to back 5 long shot place horses..."""thats also will be 2000% percent sure shot..

All said and done the Hyderabad Derby is over , many experts had given their valuable selections ,just because the Derby winner was a fluke cannot say racing is unfair , there is a saying that racing is a gamble , some say it’s skill and my opinion is simple “” Luck “” if u hv luck then skill or money doesn’t matter cos end of the day it’s luck that counts needless to say even if the best expert in the world gives u the right prediction and on paper that particular horse should win , then most matters count ,  for example even if the horse is fully prepared to win , other factors do count,  like getting a good jump , handled well and ridden honestly by the Jockey , owners telling the trainers to go all out and so on , till the winning post u can never ever say 100% this horse will win or that horse will win till the horse crosses the line , take the racing history book and refer as to how many 25/100 lost or at little higher in odds , how many failed Champion Horses have bitten the dust , all things are possible in racing we seen 1000 to 1 horse win a derby likewise many many more , I remember noble eagle if I’m right in Mumbai winning start to finish and in Chennai the first favourite Southern regent at 30/100 beaten by stable horse , on that day a prominent profffessional at the awards ceremony said “ all these things happen in racing “ take a look at that presentation u will know who , so in my humble opinion it’s just luck factor that plays more importantance though I still perceive that a little bit of knowledge and racing skill can help , let’s appreciate all the knowledgable experts who sacrifice their valuable time and energy to give their selections ,we can use their expertise and valuable knowledge with our selections and hope to profit in racing , I still insist that luck is the main factor, forget about yesterday , let’s concentrate for the future .

I had become a big fan of yours, as I thought you had either developed a sound system to identify winners or had close connections with some owners/trainers, who were helping you in your endeavour.   Particularly, your pick Malwa in place was a mind-boggling tip, which I would have given almost zero chance to place.

Under such a scenario, your latest pick Monte Rei for place did indeed baffle me, and I said so prior to race time.

Now, my question to you, feel free to reply only if you are comfortable.   Was Monte Rei as a place, or win, candidate based on your intense study (alike Malwa), or was it like a dart thrown in darkness or gut-feel (so-called TUKKA, in Hindi) ??? If it was the former, then it is quite alright, as one's pick doesn't have to always hit the bulls-eyes, in racing which is all about uncertainties. However, if it was based on gut-feel, then I feel you are misleading fellow-punters who have blindly followed you up until now, surely with +VE ROI (as you have been quite successful hitherto).   I appreciate you have never imposed your picks on anybody, and it is their choice whether to follow you or not, but if I were to be in your shoes, I would surely reveal the true facts - study or gut-feel, or whatever - as a standard disclosure.

No offence intended, Captain Cook, I thought of putting this question to you, because I felt you have the good of humanity at heart, to try and help others.

Stunned to see  Hyderabad Derby results. These things will happen in horse racing. Nobody knows what will happen until white cone is hoisted. There is no point in blaming Captain Cook or anybody else because nothing is certain in racing and nobody have a correct winning formula. That's why betting low will be safe option.

The invader can win Bangalore derby at longer odds 

Rochester can win Mumbai derby at longer odds 

Kangara can win Bangalore derby at longer odds 

Just check track work of royal crystal , impavid and well connected. 

Consigliori & Royal crystal track work at Hyderabad was too good against impavid and well connected just check it .

I backed both the horses consigliori & royal crystal for win , SHP my bad that I did not played forecast .

Perhaps, you would have accepted the results if Well connected or Impavid had won.  Majority of punting class would have welcomed that.  Even I was in full confidence about my jackpot bet when Akshay Kumar had won the first two legs of jackpot at mouth watering odds.

I had No-7 & 8 in the 4th leg.  No 2 & 5 in last leg.  My jackpot ticket was 3,6/5,11,12/7,2/7,8,3/5,2.  720/-.  

Finally JP paid out for single ticket.

Now, you say, the race is made up race to loot the public.  Let us agree to that. They played the trick.  But, why the public offered their head to the guillotine.  It was 80ps horse.  They could have avoided betting.  If they can not control the temptation, they could have taken win tickets for 500/- at tote.  

The main objection from punters is betting at tote is not viable.  In that case, let them at least wait for horses that are offered at 1.25, 1.50 etc.  

I do not agree that the owners/trainers conspired.  The two main fancied horses just did not raise a fluent gallop.  However, even if those people had played mischief, the public could have easily double crossed them by not betting even 1000/- with the boolkies.

Derby was scheduled on 2nd.  Postponed to 16th.  Enough time for the connections to sign a MOU.  We have to accept all such frauds.  In any case, the public are not Harish Chandras.  They bet at half tax as if it is the status symbol!  But, as per rules, they are supposed to pay 28% GST and club commission.

By betting heavily on Terms Races(framed attractively), Insolvency is certain. Punters can work out to find, that a major portion of the loss sits on Terms race betting. Assuming all is fair. the conclusion is, even the connections are not sure. When this stares at you, how an outsider can confidently back a horse of his choice, in a terms race.

Post-race analysis of today's 4th race in Hyd

First of all, my congratulations to all those who picked Galloping Gangster for win.

On the other hand, I feel sorry for all those you picked Monte Rei for win (!!!) and place (there were atleast 7 regular/seasoned tipsters who had strangely picked this horse as their 1st choice !!!)  As I had forewarned in my msg posted at 1.29pm today, this maiden 3year old had not only little or no chance to win, but also to not place, particularly in view of 4 earlier winning 3year olds also running in the same race.   Incidentally, all those 4 horses finished in front of Monte Rei.

I hope, at least from now onwards, fellow tipsters will give due credence to my theory that 3year maidens running in handicap races in Hyd have little or no chance to win when there are other 3year olds participating in the same race.

Sorry my mysore frnds i predicted consolgiri to place but it won again in mysore derby the same thing will happen be prepared

One has to be intelligent and smart always when it comes to Racing and betting:

On seeing AK winning on Super Act, I threw my choices sheet in the dust bin and backed AKs remaining mounts at very high odds. I could make sizeable money, especially when the Racing at Hyderabad revolves around two jockies only. Its as easy a puzzle.

There are many experts in Ht who have a lot of consistency.

But none of them was as overrrconfident as Mr. Captain Cook.

You have picked Monte Rei for place, saying it can also win (just because YS is riding ???)

Keep in mind that Monte Rei is still a maiden, while the first 4 horses are all winners.   According to my own theory of Hyd races, 3year old maidens running in handicap races where other 3year old winning horses are also participating, have little, or no chance of winning.   In this tough set, where there are not one but 4 3year old winning horses, I also believe that Monte Rei does not have a realistic chance of even placing.

These are my own views, I shall be happy if I am proven wrong.   BOL !

1.15 #2 PENTAGON bounced back to form when finishing third last start and that form has been boosted with the massive switch in rider. Hard to beat now back to his own age.

I firmly believe that Monte Rei should hack the field.

1. Celeritas ..Prev outing stable mate winner, Nettos horse. Good horse for 1100 mtrs which clocked 1 mt 5 sec the distance when it won earlier,

2, Asteria ..A class above, Trainer confuses by making the horse to participate in higher and lower classes. Won in 52-88 class also. Suraj placed it on board to avoid Stewards reprimand if it wins now.

3. Wings of Eagles..CS Jodha will utilise the last part burst of this horse better than BR Kumar.

4. MonteiRei .. Ran street behind winner till bend and then got placed 3rd with Rohit stride. Good horse, Srinath will show the winning enclosure to the horse.

5. Rule the World... Running with feather handicap, Speaking of which Averoff [by Razeen] combo. Go for win.

6. Sindhu ..Won at impressvie timing

Equine lover: With due respect derby day  declarations came well before Kionia wins, hence not updated. Book came two days before derby date .In such situation  in course they will make a announcement about winner’s extra penalty as rightly mentioned by Ruchi. Regarding scratching generally horses are withdrawn after acceptance on veterinary grounds or not coming under starters order. In case a horse accepted for two race days and after winning first days races a decision can be taken and recommended by trainer also  about scratching,  as per the condition of the horse, means looking tiresome or still fresh to run with extra weight. This is the normal procedure.

Wednesday 16th October, 2019 derby day races at Hyderabad, weather in after noon predicted partly sunny and partly cloudy with cloud cover of 66 percent and humidity of 75 percent and chances of showers / thunderstorm- 1 mm rain. 

1) no 1 Mon General, not at his best last time took fly jump and lost crucial 1-2 two lengths. With allowance and 100 mts less to travel, should oblige.

7) The best in rating and so far unbeaten filly no 7 Well Connected  improving with each run and showing good turn of foot  and fighting spirit with big heart likely to remain her unbeaten record intact by winning fifth race in a row, the prestigious Deccan Derby. Wishing the trainer and owner good luck in advance.

1-6 FLAMINGO FLAME - By Burden of Proof. Coming with a win under her belt in a maiden race.Suraj cannot take the ride because of his weight 54Kg. N Rawal is getting the ride because of his weight 50Kg. Huge advantage and opportunity for NRawal. 

2-2 PENTAGON - Was a close 3rd behind Siyabonga, timings 1:12:62 with Afroz on board. This is a race for 5yr old+ and Suraj taking the ride is a + Rose Eternal at bottom weights was given a forward run over 1600m. AA taking the ride again. Can place at bigger odds.

3-5 ALEXANDERTHEGREAT - By Red Jazz. Ran a good 3rd with same jockey over a longer distance  of 2200. Therefore distance 1600m is within reach and has to beat Dandy Man with Suraj on board.

4-5 MONTE REI - Was 3rd recently over 1600m with Rohit Kumar on board. Booking of YS is positive and should perform well to beat Galloping Gangster who was 2nd over 1400m with AA on board. Now with Suraj taking the ride is a +

5-3 EXCLUSIVE BLUE - Much easier task here after running a great race to finish a close 3rd in the Colts race behind Impavid. Ruletheworld won a maiden race therefore no match and Ashwa Yashobali is good for place.

6-5 HURRICANE - Ran well coming down a class over 1200m to finish a close 3rd. Extra 200m will suit. Kuldeep is retained to ride. Deisis Dream at bottom weights with AA in the saddle should perform well, place for sure.

7-2 IMPAVID - Was narrowly beaten on last stride by Well Connected ridden by David Alan. It was a fine jockeyship. Impavid is ready to take on WC and reverse placings. I am confident will take revenge. Well Conected last two runs Bangalore Derby and Hyderabad Fillies was won narrowly and luckily and not very impressive. I think you can recover your last time loss on Impavid. Most importantly YS in the saddle to add another feather in his cap.

8-8 PLATTS TOUR - By Tazahum. Unbeaten 4 out of 4. Was impressive in all her wins. Moving up the ladder, still lot of petrol in the tank and speed. I think 5 of 5. Versailles is the only 3yr old and this season 3 of 3. Suraj retained. Slight preference to PT.

9-11 VICTORIA - 9/11 Important in history. Last run on the derby day. Victoria came 3rd in the last race over 1200m. Extra 200m should suit. It was Afroz who rode it last time, Imran Chisty should see him home. Vallee Ikon is sure to come close and place for sure.
