MALWA...13 KG.plus was the present and previous run weights. Rightly so, came 2nd last. Hoodwinking the punters and daylight robbery is the rule rather than the exception

The resilience and tolerance of racegoers is really admirable. Sadly so the farce will continue for obvious reasons.

I think Gymkhana races are better than Mysore. The stewards need to be shown the door, and the committee should seriously consider drastic corrective measures for the survival of racing. This is the nadir and it cannot go worse than this.

I do not know how much you invested in jackpot pool.  It would have been better if you had furnished the details of your jackpot ticket.  (the numbers that you had punched in all 5 legs).  In my understanding, in the first leg, you can catch no-4, provided you had nominated entire field. 

I think you are from HYD.  And I presume that your jackpot bet ticket might have costed well above 1,000.

Of course, if you had travelled to BNG or MYS, the cost of the ticket would have been double, but you would have got nearly 9 lakhs.

Yes.  It would have been nice to just watch cctv.   Only 30/- entry ticket.  But, there must be too many punters who gave away to bookies Deepavali Bonus of over 50k.  

Mysore is the most colorful racing center in India.  

I am at a loss to decipher the mindset of punters.  At least in Mysore races, they could have cut the losses by betting not more than 1000/=.

1-9 SHOW GIRL - Last two runs in bangalore with V Shinde in the saddle. Now ready to strike with S John in the saddle.

2-8 MAGNUM OPUS - By Diffident. Ran very impressively recently 4th over 1200m with an apprentice on board 1:9:90, Can go one better with K Sai Kiran on board, moreover its a race for 5yr+

3-1 EXPORT QUALITY - Last couple of runs were good over 1200m, specially last run was a class down and carrying top weight to finish a close 2L to the winner. Extra 200m should suit.

4-5 DESERT COMBAT - By Dream Ahead. First run in Mysore after running in maiden races in Bangalore. Tracking well and can go and win in this lower set. Anthony booked to ride is + Has to beat Himachali.

5-1 SET TO WIN - By Multidimentional. Ran a very good race recently over 1400m 1:23:64 1.5L 4th. Extra 200m will surely suit and can beat defy the top weight with Zervan on board.

6-1 MASTER OF UNIVERSE - Ran very impressively recently over 1200m 1:9:65. Wtih an apprentice riding with -3Kg is an advantage, might be a good eachway bet with good odds has to beat Aeolus and Diamond Rays.

7-7 COSMIC RAYS - By Burden of Proof. The way it won her last race 1000 guineas over 1600m with excellent timings of 1:33:65 by 3-3/4L. Extra 400m shouldnt be a problem and infact will suit. Malwa was 2nd in 2000 guineas 1600m with timings of 1:35:09. Streaming Gold ran well over 1800m 1:50:59. Therefore Cosmic Rays looks unbeatable on papers. For Place Streaming Gold is better than Malwa.

8-1 ARAK - By Jeremy. Ran well finishing a good 2nd over 1400m 1:23:97 ridden by Shivnath. Now running a class down with top weight can defy and win. Helenka was ridden by apprentice and now S John taking the ride is the only danger.

9-12 DOLPHIN - Ran a good 2nd in a lower set 1200m 1:11:94 carrying top weight and now running in higher company at bottom weight and extra 200m should be ok. Lightening Attack is the danger who ran in 3yr old company over 1400m 1:25:91.

I saw this horse last run I think she was having her First fitness run after changing course from Bangalore to mysore. She got the weight of 50kg and -3kg Al with Shamaz Shareef. now she is running with 47kg and has some good previous track. She holds gate speed. Almost 6-10kg difference from good horses like nikka which can make a massive difference in running. She holds every chance in EW
