Dexter,

Right.  Let them continue.  Actually, I thought that they are nearly 50.

G C Raj, Right...

You can keep on repeating the accusation 1000 times.  But, will jockeys or trainers care?  They all are greedy.  And we have no option but to accept the results.

When three horses dropped their riders at BNG, the minimum that the stewards should have done is to order an enquiry.   After enquiry, let them state that there is no change in the results declared by judge.  That would have cooled a majority of irate punters. But, nothing of that sort happemed!  White cone was hoisted in double speed.  Punters vandalised the furniture.  But whether punters got 10/- back from bookies/tote?

There is an easy remedy for this.  But, that easy remedy is the most difficcult one to follow for the punters.  We all should stop betting high amount.  In these inflation days, 500 may appear too low.  Right.  At least restrict your bets to just 1,000/= or 2,000/=.

We can not straighten a dog's tail.  We should not expect that the bookies or trainers will deal their business fairly & reasonably.

And, last thing!  People who demand equity/justice should come with clean hands.  To a great extent, the punters also evade GST & instead thy bribe the bookies with 10%.

@raghavan

PS chouhan is 40 years old and c alford around 44 years, there is a good 4 year gap betwen two of them and why should they retire at such an early age when other jockeys past 50 are riding

c alford has not been getting much mounts now a days but ps on the other hand is doing a decent job as a jockey, know the facts before you write up something.do you want them them to retire because you said so?

I do not think that races are made up.

Though I must say Clymene's win against Awesome one & Intense stylish was a bit surprising.  And equally surprising was Gazino' 2nd.

Entire day I had 3 bets in Hyd races & 4 bets in Mumbai races.  The only bet that passed was forecast on Rhapsody*Daddy's pride.

P S Chouhan & C Alford.  The two jockeys who are past their prime.  They should have retired at least 2 years before.

Mad max,

Is it a record?  A good question.  But, I really doubt whether anyone will be able to reply.  People normally do not keep the records of jockeys who finished 2nd/3rd.

YES, Now a days in all racing centres we are SEEING  made up races only.

so an ordinary punter MUST NOT BET heavily and seriously in any race thinking that this horse has merit it will win.

Dear Mad Max

It's a sheer coincidence that even at Mumbai Races on Sunday - PS Chouhan has 5 rides and all of them finished 2nd.

I think it is a record in itself. In 2 Race Days PS Chouhan acctepted in all 10 mounts and all of them finishing Runner up, its concistencey.
