I have not come across any published record timings for Ooty but that does not mean that they are not available. It may be worthwhile writing to MRC though chances of a reply are very slim.

All Race books,  mention the Record Times of all centers in their Race cards, except Chennai and Ooty races.  Bol Race cards give Delhi Track record timings as well.  I dont think there is any scope of getting track Record timings of Chennai and Ooty races. anywhere.
