Its a good idea from you to relax the Rules and Terms as well ...

I now propose that all entries from contestants of the MDBP contests on ALL MDBP contest days , be hereby allowed upto 1 minute prior to the commencement of the first race as per timings mentioned in the Race Card for that day .

This will immensely help all the contestants to the contests.

I Now move the resolution for adoption and with immediate effect.

Would you please try and adhere to this contest deadline, which to repeat, is15 minutes prior to the start of the first race of the day. In this instance however, we are giving your minor lapse, the Nelson's eye! OK?

We do appreciate, that it might be difficult at times to stick to deadlines. We will therfore, try and simplify matters even further, if possible, after due consultation with the core team.

BKD :- MYRC races ..we know whats it all about and inspite of that GSB Ji has outshined today in every aspect of sportsmanship however his time of posting is 1.28 PM and 1.26 PM respectively and therefore on technical grounds this has to be annulled.  But our contests gives sportsman spirit as an exclusive essence  and importance and therefore i will leave it to Chief Judges discretion and powers which lie in your jurisdiction ...
