Why No Bookmakers At Pune Race Course Ring?

I have been going to Pune Race course since past 3 days there are zero Bookies in the ring and everyone has to bet in Tote or at Fixed odds. Can anybody tell me why are there no Bookmakers at Pune since last 3 days?

Same here, they are telling coz of some gst scrutiny which happened in Bangalore. Still don't know the exact reason, betting in tote is just a waste of time, no good dividends, same with fixed tote too.
