Poonawala breeder's multi milluon race day.  Everyone in the horsetalk think themselves as masters  of racing. But not even a single person has predicted that MAKTOOB will win in the 5th race. This is the main reason that the combined jackpot winning amount shoots to some 30000 rupees.. 

So guys please know that there is no theory in racing .it is not a mathematics to solve.. Any horse can win at any point of time. It all depends upon the stables job and various other reasons which we cannot predict beforehand.

So handle the sport carefully so as to avoid disappointment..

Well, today I was a bit confused with the numbers too, because, being a Sunday I usually go strong on 1/4, however the presence of 2 in the ruler, which is 11, made me feel that both Sun and Moon would be prominent today, and your post has clarified that. Well, I follow numbers, and you, astrology, but it's so amazing that both throw up the same results.

If you check my post, you'll notice that I'm strong on 2/7 (draw nos) in the last 3 races, so your post just boosts my confidence, even though, in the last two races Pezula and Eclair haven't done much until now.

There are four horses which belong to Poonawalla's. for all four sire is the same Leitir Mor.

GOLDEN OAKS - Was beaten by Forest Flame in bangalore run by more than 5L. Winner over 1200m in Mumbai 1:10:88  Now travelling 1400m??

FOREST FLAME - Winner of both the starts and won a million race in Mumbai over 1400m 1:23:21 by more than 9L. I consider it as one horse race.

LOMBARDY - Won a million race over 1200m, is 2 out of 2 but not that impressive winning over 1200m 1:11:86

SUCCESSOR - By SWEEPING SUCCESS. Ignore the first run as a 2yr old. Last run win was very very impressive over 1400m 1:24:73 infact just on a push went ahead to lead entering the straight.

I think if FOREST FLAME wins the race SUCCESSOR will not go without a fight and will be 2nd and not even third.

By the by TODAY IS AMAVAS OR NEW MOON as they say when the SUN AND MOON are in same house and in conjunction.

Now when SUN AND MOON are in aspect the number count is more as both have multiple numbers (1,4) and (2,7) and higher numbers.

On this day when both planets come on the same degree it's the most powerful.This is likely to happen by about 4 pm to 5 pm.

Raj-original, I agree with your three selections, looks impossible to loose on past performances.

1-3 SILVER FLAMES - Young 4yr in a small field. Should complete the treble LA Magnifique should fight and is a good place bet.

2-4 GOLD MEDALIST - Ran very well last time over 2000m, extra 400m should suit because of Dean's Kitten. Same jockey retianed to ride.

3-3 MARKET KING - Lost narrowly by a nk over 1000m in a million race. Extra 200m will suit and has to beat  EL Capitan who ran good 2nd too over 1200m. Leitor Mor is making a mark.

4-7 FOREST FLAME - Is two of two, first one in Bangalore and recent in Mumbai over 1400m 1:23:21 winning by more than 9L. I might say it will be a one horse race again.

5-2 RAINBOW TROUT - Last three runs 1-2-2 and last one was over 1400m 1:23:12 with AS Peter on board and in higher class. Now with TP on board and running a class down should be easy.

6-3 GODS PLAN - By Leitir Mor. Was a close 5th in last run over 1200m and PPosh was 2nd and with TP coming to ride is a huge advantage in place of Akshay. Alpine Dancer with PS can place.

7-7 REGAL SHOT - Eventhough one of senior 7yr in this 4-30 category was a very good 2nd over 1400m 1:25:75 with Bhawani S and now with PS coming to ride is a huge advantage. Should beat juniors.

8-1 ECLAIR - Was a very good 3rd recently over a mile race. Now with D Allan taking the ride and travelling 200m less will suit in this 4-30 category.

I think silver or Forrest one should loose the game when odds go clearly one-side..always remember money flow will balance BTW punters & bookies..(opportunistic will grab this)

I think first 3 race may upset or will not profitable for punters if  Forrest flame needs to win .or if first 3 races  favorites win .(which is impossible today,)..then go home don't look out at Forrest flame (no matter who wins)..

The 4th race is odds makers

Gazino, rating from 99 to 98, while Silver Flames, rating 76 raised to 84 after last win. The difference in their rating indicates a wide chasm that Silver Flames have to cross. It can possibly do it considering the age and the potential, but cannot be a walkover over Gazino. My vote is Gazino and a confident one at that!.

Lombardy one horse race

Forgot to mention, Air Blast and Virasat have something in common with the one who's hammering the opposition recently, they all are sired by Air Support.

Observations for the day.

First race, a class 1 race, first and foremost I strike of  the probable favorite, Silver Flames,  and  Texas Gold because they both have not run in class 1 yet.

For a class 1 race this is my first point of strike-offs, because it's very rare that a horse running in class 1 for the first time wins a race, just like it happened the other day at Bangalore where the piping hot favourite Into The Groove failed to even place.

Excellent Gold seems to be out of form so that leaves me with just Gazino and La Magnifique, and following a theory that has paid me rich dividends for the last few days I choose GAZINO as my days best. 

Second race, class IV race over 2400m, there seems to be a bombshell over here in the form of JAGER BOMB, purely because it's the only course and distance winner.

Third race, not too impressed.with El Capitan and Joaquin, based on race 124 where the  timing was quite ordinary. Market King, debut race timing is quite impressive where it matches timing of Valegro, rated 80, and would have been my 1st choice, however Zaeim did a good timing in his 2nd start, and also wary about Virasat, sporting TS for the 1st time. So it's a toss up.

Fourth race, the feature event, Forest Flame, by virtue of a 9L victory in her 1st outing at an outstation course would have ideally been my first choice, however there's someone over here who has done exceptionally well - will come to that in a bit - and hence not too strong on FF.

Golden Oaks, timing in race124 poor, so ignoring.

Giant Star, California, and Successor have had good runs, but my choice here is AIR BLAST; a debut winner, and then in his 2nd life time run has run 2nd to Lombardy, clicking a time almost similar to a class I race run the same day. Though the winner there, Lombardy is running this race, not too strong on her, for lack of preparation in Mumbai.

Fifth race, not too impressed with R Trout's timing. Am strong on SASAKWA, based on timing; would have gone strong on her, however the presence of Sultan Suleiman is a hindrance, can't really ignore him based on his 1st two runs.

Sixth, seventh, and eighth race, going strong purely based on numbers, and my choices are God's Plan, - though I'm wary of Properly Posh - Pezula, and Eclair.
