With  corna taking   center stage all  the global   events  including Olympic games have  been moved forward. No  realiable  solution   is  seen  for  next  few  months 

Even if  there  is some improvement there are  many   important  aspects   for  Govt  to  fight and   face to improve  economy and  provide   basic essentials  so racing will  not  be   in  priority  list

Though   racing is  an  important   industry providing  revenue  to   Govt livelihoods  to thousands  right from  boys selling   books outside  racecourse  to  personnel  punching  tickets it  is  always treated as something incorrect  by many .including   suggestions   to  ban this sport .Racing  may  not  resume  atleast  in 2020

Bangalore  Summer  season  is  an  important  part  of  India  racing .Many 3  year old  horses  start  career  here  and  later on  reach top in  India   racing. It  is  first   step for many successful  stories.Many  Indian  Derby   winners and  other  classic winners have  registered  first  win  at  this center  e.g  In the Spot Light ,Lady  in Lace, Star superior and champion Warhammer to  name  only  few.

Now   the  question   is what  happens  to  the  current  3   year  old  group if  no  racing   season  is  conducted   in  2020-21 As  per our  racing  rules many   classics are for   3  year and  4  year  olds.

It  would  be  very   sad not  to  see  them in  action. If  racing   resumes after  a  year then it  is  a  big blow for  racing  fraternity 

If  racing  is  not  there  even the  fitness   of  Horse may   not   be well again  connections  may decide to  retire many  aging  horses as  it would    not  be  easy  task  to  bear  the  maintenance without  income

Let's hope  situation  will   return   to  Normal  early
