More often than not,in Indian  Turf Invitational Tournaments  spread over two  days,one can find back to back entries  of a runner in successive days ,especially in 6 furlong and 7 furlong races,or 7 furlong  and mile races.In such cases it is very difficult to guess  whether the concerned trainer and the connection  have planned  to have a go on the first  day or have planned  to go easy on the first day.In 2013 Invitational  tournament  held in Kolkata,I backed Klipspringer,a Padmanavan ward in 6 furlong on the first day without any success. But on the second day,Klipspringer clinched a 7 furlong event ,going all out. So one must  keep in view the fact that whether one's fancied horse has back to back entries.

Respected Mr itian al, my thoughts on multifaceted s failure oo 29 th  And  success on 1st  March on  March 1st  no6 was  very strong  ON29FEB    no 8  was weak   That leaves us the task of finding the strong and weak  no  of a  day.

One other method is considering previous  race results  you will have to consider no which are placed 1_2_3.

You add  no 108  to them  so you will be having three option for win shp  thp   on 29 feb   race result previous to multtd was 12_16_3   no8 which was muttd was missing  but on 1st March  previous reslt was   14_8_1  multitude s no  was  there that too in  winning place.

  Though I do not advocate application of  Numerology for Racing I feel there is a point which we are missing.As you said it is preplanned but that to be successful it requires some divine blessing because there can be a slip between the cup and lip.Perhaps the system is checking at it success through this Numerical Method

If  a numerologist can able to predict a sure winner by applying numerology, what prevented him  from wagering a bet on CARPE CASTLE at 20/1 longer shot.

Anyone can give  a numerological definition after the race was over   and the results were announced. 

I do not agree with your theory.  All our calculations whether it may be track work, handicap, class, weight, distance, astrology, numerology etc will be upsetted and go hay where by the tricks of the INSIDERS.  It is not that much easy to easy to earn money in horse racing as you think.
