    Sunday 5th July Sha Tin, Hong Kong races - a lengthy 11 race card framed and the first race is scheduled at 10 am IST. Three races no 5, 6 and 8 will be conducted on all weather track and weather at Sha Tin is cloudy -- likely passing showers spell one or two predicted in the morning and the going is reported as good with cloud cover of 85 percent and humidity of 68 percent. Leading top three jockeys mounts are 10 rides for Z Purton ( all races except race no 4 )and J Moreira the nearest rival and way behind third at the table K Teetan having rides in all races. Trainers entries are -- P F Yiu 8, F W Lui 11 and A S Cruz having 7 entries. Championship title battle for trainers  tightens up with four meetings remaining in the season and this battle looks set to go right down to the wire. K W Lui's main favourite rider Vincent Ho suspended for careless riding and will not be seen in action on12th July but he is of the opinion that his boss and master K W Lui's battle for championship will not have much impact of this one day ban and he will be back on last day 15th July to ride and do his best to deliver what is expected from him. The trainers and jockeys statistics as of now at top position stands as follows : 

Trainers -- P F Yiu 63 wins, K w Lui 62 wins and A S Cruz on 59 wins.

Jockeys -- Z Purton 138 wins, J Moreira 133 wins and K Teetan 88 wins. The Mauritian jockey K Teetan already surpassed his previous best record of 84 wins at Hong Kong during a season and he now just happy for things and wishes keep going further of his present tally of 88 wins. He has a outsidefluke chance to be as nearer as possible to achieve 100 winners in a term. 
     I foresee J Moreira's five mounts are in good chance and he should be able to click at least three wins from his eleven mounts. Won't be surprised if he clicks more. My narrow down picks are as follows: 

1) no 1 Chanching Prince, last time comfortably won and all earlier runs are not out of three.

2) no 11 Happy Tango,no 7 My Sugar.

3) no 5 King Print, no 9 Fortune Patrol.

4) no 1Fabulous Eight, no 10 Joyful Fortune.

5) no 9 Little Thunder, no 4 Striking Mr C.

6) no 12 Sky Show, should make amends for his narrow failure as a hot favourite. Running with higher rating horses but feather weight is advantageous. no 5 Good For You  looks as next best.

7) no 13 Golden Mission, no 4 Perfect Star.

8) no 4 California Concorde, no 3 Sunny Boy.

9) no 1 Cavalier Prince, no 9 California Legend.

10) no 1 Circuit Glory, no 11 Unique Treasure.

11) no 10 Lucky Express , might have needed his only outing in Hong Kong after arriving from Australia and finished third in less than one length. Should make amends for that failure as favourite and he is the one to beat. no 8 All in mind looks as next best.
