Today nine races held at happy valley, Hong Kong at late evening and night in which three jockeys shared the honour of two wins each and they were Z Purton, K Teetan and C Y Ho resulting Z Purton running away from the field over others to claim his fourth champion jockey title without any fight with two meetings left before the current season ends of Hong Kong racing.  Z Purton now on 143 wins clear lengths  ahead by a huge margin of 8 wins over J Moreira, who is struck at 135 wins with only one meeting for him to ride as he cannot ride on last day because of  his ban / suspension. K Teetan's third place is safe even though he improved his tally to 90 wins with today's double success  which is his  own career ever best record at Hong Kong. 
    On trainer's championship table the 9th placed D J Whyte improved his wining  tally to 42 with today's double but he is lagging far behind to achieve even a place in first four. On the other hand previous years champion trainer A S Cruz  moved on 61 wins with today's his solitary success and remains in contention for the title. P F Yiu is unmoved at 64 wins and returned blank today and so also K W Lui not made any headway with seven entries and holding the same position of 63 wins. With only last two meetings to go  -- trainer's championship looks interesting with narrow margins separating first three trainers and this really may result in  a tight photo finish.
