Just forget Pune racing for time being

Bangalore Turf Club on Tuesday officially called off the Bangalore Summer Race Meetings, Times of India reports today.  The BTC informed the Race Horse Owners Associaiton about the decision and told them that the entry money for three classics will be refunded.  (Courtesy: The Times of India, Dated 16/07/2020, Page No.10)

All centres must start as live streaming free , that's the only way for the moment till racing crawls back to its natural way , people will still be sceptical to visit any course even if the pandemic subsides , everyone started free online live streaming intially but then greed got  the better of them and every course except Delhi and I think Mysore had feelings for the racing fans , please start live streaming or more pandemic is on your way , no other option for the said courses let the sport live in India or just hang on the cliff and expect the worse .

No Summer Races or Monsoon races anywhere in India.

Only hope left is Winter season

When I said online betting is the only way forward, some skeptics made negative comments. But comments don't change reality - online betting is the only way ahead.

I too share Cruise's sentiments. Its definitely music to our collective ears.Since, it is likely that the tote will not be opereational till a robust on line wagering system is in place, let us atleast enjoy watching.

What's the hurry - start will be for one reason alone -  to gamble in the illegal market -outside bookies -  recover money /lost time - only the connected people in the loop will make money -on money horses will lose  should wait till nov -get on-line going... then start .

Requested all the  RWITC  members  not to charge online  streaming already raceing  industries in hefty losses 

Live  streaming  should be  free for evey on let them have tieup with  some  sports tv channels

    It seems BTC also released its prospectus for start of a short season on trial basis from 21st August to 9th October.
