Concluding Night Racing At Happy Valley, Hk On Wednesday 15th July

    What a dream come true birthday gift for trainer P F Yiu on 12th July, Sunday at Sha Tin, Hong Kong with much needed three wins to gain a winning lead of overall four wins over A S Cruz and F W Lui. After the races he told media -- " I am starting to see some daylight now in the title race it was a blindfold before that." Now it would require nothing short of a miracle of Cruz or Lui to pinch the title. He was extremely happy to celebrate his 63rd birthday with this good news and in turn gives lot of credit to his assistant trainer and son Eric without his planning, hard work and execution it was not possible. This is a first occasion for him in his long 25 years of training career to receive this prestigious champion trainer award at HKJC.
    A nine race card is framed for concluding days night races at Happy Valley, Hong Kong on Wednesday the 15th July and weather reported as partly cloudy and going is expected as good. Jockeys championship award is already declared in favour of Z Purton who is leading the table with145 wins, second placed J Moreira not riding on last day in view of his suspension and his tally remains at 138 wins and a  faraway third is K Teetan is on 91 wins. Z Purton and K Teetan riding  in all nine races on last day and top three trainers entries are as follows -- P F Yiu 4, K W Lui 7 and A S Cruz 4.  My narrow down choices are as follows: 

 1) no 2 Bundle Of Energy, no 9 Great Smart.

2) no 10 Jameson The Dragon no 6 La Bomba.

3) no 1 Honest Way, no 4 Sell My Sole.

4) no 2 Universal Go Go, no 2 Party Together.

5) no 3 Happy Good Guys, no 6 Kinda Cool.

6) no 9 Loris, no 7 Flying Bonus.

7) no 7 Shamport, no 2 Picken.

8) no 2 Butterfield, no 6 Magnificent. 
9) no 11 Highland Fortune, no 4 Victorium.

    In entire race card 1-2 Bundle Of Energy, 2-10 Jamson  The Dragon and 9-11 Highland Fortune having good credentials and in all fairness likely to oblige. Wishing everyone enjoyable racing and tons of good luck with duwaas. God bless you all.
