Today is the second day of the Winter Season and hopefully the compiled data and the Horses"s FORM, CLASS and TRACK CONDITION works to our advantage.

Race 1.

A backward lot of horses, in nwhich certain horses are going back to the lowest class.

Mrs Thatcher and Annalease have an identical performance in Cl IV.

Fierce Fighter has had a forward Mock Race and will fight out with MrsThatcher and Annalease. Safe to place Fierce Fighter.

Race 2.

Torosanto appeals the most with a reasonable TFR of 52.48 and has been worked on the tracks. Nerva can trouble.Each way chance.

Race 3.

The horses likely to be in the contest are Pissarro, Lake Tahoe and Mystic Eye. Watch for later performances.

Race 4.

Another race which cannot  be predicted. SuperGladiator can keep on going to the finish line with his two previous performances last season. Is the best at 64.02 TFR.

Race 5.

Anjeze is a consistent performer. No track, maybe hidden. Maybe going for a warm up in this race!

Next on the line should be Thailand, since the distance will suit him. Place.

Race 6.

Leave and take down notes.

Race 7.

Songkran gets into it with a TFR of 58.04. Trevor should strike.
Ozark has a god chance to place, after a lung opener in Cl III.

Race 8.

Hokkaido is working well.

Papparazi after a good win tries it out in Cl III. A good Mock Race with good tracks. Will be at the busy end.

just like everyone , I too favor LAGARDE to win. I decided to write that up so others who will blindly follow Lagarde should also consider this that WATCHMYSTARS has benefit of a run and feather weight. And ANSALDO's win was impressive and since the connections have entered him here , they must have high hopes with this youngster.

We all know what happened to favourites like Multifaceted and RoyalCrystal in the first two meetings, having a educative run/ lung opener is very important and surely the above two will run better next time.

I really hope the verdict is 1)LAGARDE 2)WATCHMYSTARS 3)ANSALDO, but what if Lagarde is just out for a run and may not try too hard ? I mean for such a promising youngster , the connections surely have bigger targets in his next race ,probably the Guineas.

Presently no bookies are permitted.  So, stay in the comfort of your house or office.  Let those who are willing to take risk bet a small amount at tote.  At BNG on 7th there was betting at tote which was about 2% (or below)  of the normal betting.

6 ) 2 LAGARDE ( sure win) 

In the Sixth race,

LAGARDE in the hands of SurajNarredu is probably going to be the On-money favorite because of its impressive going-away win on debut. He has also beaten some promising and proven runners like Salazaar, TennoSho, Caracas, GoldenOaks and ArecaLegend in his recent mock race (Salazaar was hard-held, the verdict would have been different if it was otherwise).Overall he looks the best of this lot and is gonna be the hot favorite.

But one should not ignore ANSALDO, the way he won his maiden coming from dead last to pip the all time leader at the winning post. He travelled well in the recent mock race. Under the guidance of Y.S.Srinath he could be a real danger to Lagarde as he is still an unknown quantity.

WATCHMYSTARS  has the benefit of a run this season where she could only finish 3rd because she was leaning in and again at a crucial point rider had to pull her out  because of the front runners shifting in. She is also carrying 5.5Kg less than the above two and has the hard riding P.Trevor for utilising this benefit. Could spring a surprise!! Watch out !!
