Am disapppointed with the lack of response from betindiaraces.com to a mail enquiring why no credit has been given for bets on Strong One ( horse no.6 in the 6th race on Nov 27 at Mumbai). The rwitc and indiarace results show the horse withdrawn but betindiaraces.com does not show that and they have forfeirted my bet. 

Can understand that there may be a few teething probles and these are very early days. They have a good product in hand and need to get the customer confidence to make a success of the initiative.

I was able to withdraw money from betindiaraces easily yesterday...

On Android based chrome browser. (App version, they said will be releasing soon, but neither did I have to use a laptop or other device. It was the same mobile phone, but chrome browser instead of app)

My bank details and kyc were already uploaded and verified.

I chose the menu for withdrawal and keyed in the amount.

It look 2-3 seconds only and I got a success message. It was instantaneous and my bank (ICICI) sms also came in a few seconds about the credit.

My first deposit in betindiaraces failed and money deducted from my account still not refunded. No response from customer care number and from email.
