A suggestion from my side. Why interested punters do not operate / open an Account with the App site 365 BET ? A very reliable online betting , where the odds are very genuine as compared to some Bookies. I have deposited cash in Advance with a Bookie from Delhi.

The RWITC commercial dept is now run by Anit Casyab who used to do the same for RCTC earlier.

No doubt betting is not on, but Paytm games will resume the same soon and it will not be unreliable ike the one provided by Turfwinners

Presently the only betting portal which is fine is the one powered by the RCTC which is run well and u can see all dividends while playing.

The BTC one is limited to Karnatak.

it would have been nice if all the Turf Clubs would stop their stupidness and give betting to one single papanrovider aka Japan, Singapore and many other nations.

i played on the indiabet site and must say it was a pleasant experience.

Yes and watched the Pune races on paytmgames@ 100 rupees which is reasonable compared to the 1000 being charged by BTC.

By the way, betting was on in the international sites as per my pal in Australia.

So, they are not ready to operate tote because of high expenditure and low returns!  Well.  They can not run races at Mumbai.  Why they are taking this extreme step of running races at Pune and label it Mumbai races?  

They are saving on administrative expenses because the revenue was never healthier and operation of tote was not at all viable.  In that case let them  stop racing altogether.

When they are running races, tote operation is compulsory.  They can not tell cock and bull stories to stop that.  They are avoiding tote only because in the absense of bookies, punters will be forced to bet at tote; and actually they want punters to bet at paytm.  So, they are not permitting anyone either at Pune or other centers to bet through a different app!

Mumbai Mahalakshmi race course, I think has been converted to COVID 19 care center.  So, there will be races only at Pune & not at Mumbai till April 2021.

When you stated that there will be unofficial bookies at BNG also, you are stating the obvious.  I know that there will be betting in modest volume (& possibly high volume too) in all races.  

But, I desire answer to you on only this count.  Whether there was tote betting at Delhi on Mumbai/Hyderabad races or the betting center is closed for public due to environment problem?

I'm from Delhi and being able to place bets since the restart of the races, but the odds that I'm getting are pretty low, maybe .80-1.50 Lower on Win bets and .30-.70 Lower on Place Bets. Don't know about other centres, but there's a huge volume of bets those are being placed in Delhi.@ Golden Viper- Are you getting genuine odds ??? or you're in same boat like me????

Mumbai tote is closed. So no collections no tote favorite. Yet they stream live thro Paytm Sports. Only 1 reason to facilitate illegal betting Through outside bookies for Priveleged Mumbai members Owners Trainers. No fool will watch live for the thrill of racing if there's a fee.  That's given. 

Now with nil turnover on blr mys kol HYD races there is no royalty to pay. Assuming they resume tote betting , collections for 8 races , other centres won't exceed even 1 lac. Assuming 5% commission on tote , income is 5000. Tote salary admin exps will be 25k.

On other hand blr HYD kol mys may generate 5-6 Lacs turnover. So greedy rwitc wants % of profit as royalty.

So it's for everyone to know true picture of  Indian racing.
