you are absolutely right, today Suraj naredu not a single win even though he had  good mounts in Race 3,4,5 and 8.if you look at his riding ,it was obvious that he was not at all interested to win any of the races.They are doing perfect day robbery,no askers,no tellers for them.

There seems to be too much of noise here about a particular jockey's selection of his ride in this Derby. He lost twice on Multifaceted and then he rides Cosmic Ray and Sandesh on Multifaceted trounces CR. Yesterday, no rides for Suraj by the connections of CR including CR. Trevor wins one for this owner. Suraj rides Prevalent Force and Sandesh on Cosmic Ray. Prevalent Force becomes punters darling and Cosmic Ray wins. Multifaceted and PF are owned by the same connections and same trainer. Like this there are lot of confusion in jockeys declarations mainly to fool the punters. Corona pandemic and long absence of racing, except jockeys  who can be counted in five fingers, a scene had been created that other jockeys are there to make up the numbers and an odd win thrown to them, only these  few jockeys are declared. All these jockeys are now free lancers except a few riding for some particular ownership, they are riding for all. This jockey's mount is made favourites and tons of money is backed and the result becomes obvious. It will not be long when PF will win with another jockey. Is few jockeys declarations are remote controlled by the betting world. Poor people,they were also affected by the corona pandemic.

If  pedigree has  any importance and she is physically fit, then  forest  flame should  win  Bangalore  Derby...

Race between Lagarde and Antibes,    my understanding of suraj riding  forever together  could be in indian Derby suraj will ride Born queen and not Lagarde, so the connections of Lagarde have engaged Akshay kumar. That's it not forever together is superior to Lagarde.     So chose your bet between  Lagarde or Antibes.

A 9 horse field fight for the in this derby, So here is my selections and explanation.

No.3 Forever Together >>shows a good run in class 4 in hands of suraj 3 weeks back ago and Excellent Track work and again suraj will take this to the post ?

No.4 Lagarde>>Multiple classic winner ,the best Miller in india but a bit shock why suraj not sit on this , he only know very well about this colt.

No.6 Antibes>> already she proved 2400m she can stay but we all know that  winning percent of fillies in derby less compare to colts, lets hope for the best.

No.7 Forest Flames >>As a fevourite she won 5 races in a row including indian 1000G in hands of trevor patel , she is entering into the race as fevourite ones again but this bred filies doughtful to stay 2400 meters. Lets Hope for the best.

In My Selcetion Suraj only knows who is the best on the field thats,y he choosed Forever Together

With all due respect to Godzilla and Ruchi both, as well as Transperancy(haha), I feel that you simply cannot discard Champion Jockey Suraj Narredu out of any Classic, the fact that he has chosen to ride Forever Together instead of Lagarde on which he won the Guineas, is indicative of the fact that he believes Forever Together is a better Stayer.

My pick is Forever Together. 

Remember last year's South India Derby stakes on Sir Supremo at longer odds in the company of Impavid and Lightening Bolt? 

PS: I feel that Forest Flame is not a good enough stayer.

And I also feel that on paper Antibes is the best stayer of the lot and a horse with a lot of heart.

Sporting Memories travelled South India Derby distance of 2400 mtrs start to finish and placed second, behind Born Queen. Forest Flame by no means a mean horse.

My be the other day the going may not be that good for Forest Flame to run in its typical style. In all fairness, we have to give one more chance to Forest Flame and Trevor combo, before writing them off.

No ifs and buts, Derby shiould be in the safe keeping of Poonawalas and the Forest Flame will win by a measure more than of comfort.

F flame  was  rusty in  last  run  after  a  long  lay of f  Should  win  beating  RAM''IOUS .

Another point ANTIBES ,s John riding weight is 56.5 so NO DEAD WEIGHT.i am told by experts that when rider has same weight as handicapped ,well the rider can balance well so that horse does not carry the burden of dead weight ,as would hv with lead in the saddle...ONE MORE PLUS FOR ANTIBES...STAND 

U guy's work really hard and give us such great information. I am still a learner in this field but I have my small choice the dark horse which can upset the whole field is Cristopher weren. There is a reason behind it. U guys should look at his run behind Lord Frankel. He just warmed up late. I think this horse needs distance. Will relish the derby trip should run a good race.
