Yes.  What you said is correct.  FC pool 2500/- was c/o in Mumbai.

Mumbai means Mumbai+Delhi+Pune.  But, only pittance collection.  In spite of high population in those cities.  One should not touch forecast pool with barge pole at Mumbai.

Hyderabad best for FC pool.  Bangalore reasonably good collection.  Kolkata also OK.  

Now coming back to your post, you are giving calculations of possible profits if one had played win/shp on your 2nd choice.  At an investment of 100/- per race.  O K.  No question about calculation.  But, one question to you..Have you taken tickets 50/- win & 50/- shp on all your 2nd choices.  If the answer is "yes" my 100 cheers to you.  There are too many punters interacting in this site who contemptuously dismiss all tote players.  They try to impress us with their preference to the bookies as if betting with bookies is status symbol or badge of honour.

       Tipsters in this column give their tips but do not mention what type of bet and what amount to play. In your tips you have given two choices per race but nowhere you have mentioned that your first choice should be ignored and only your second choice should be played Win/SHP.

      So calculations given by you are correct but only of academic interest.

Look at the video of Sandesh on Endeavour. Jockey R Shelar would have given a better ride.

Out of all Amre and Bhawani Singh wins Million. May be some settlement of accounts within themselves and adjustment in ledger.

Punters are therefore losing confidence. Luckily I remained at home resisting the temptation.

I have a lot of respect for your analysis, but in this case, I would disagree. In some cases, a few kgs here or there does not matter, especially when there seems to be a substantial difference in capability amongst the shortlisted horses. Here is where EL CAPITAN stands out, and with an allowance jockey astride, the intent of the connections seem to be clear.

Hence my money would be on EL CAPITAN.

1-4 PHOENIX DREAMS - By Phoenix Tower. Placed 3rd in its first run over 1200m, with an excellent timings of 1:9:95 and Sandesh is taking the ride again. I dont see much opposition to this horse as others are exposed without much performance. Extra 200m shouldnt be a problem and will win.

2-1 IN IT TO WIN IT - Running at same weights and same jockey. Beaten well by Golden Era by 4L, but GE is gone up in weights by 7Kg and IITWI was coming from behind and finished 2nd over 2000m. Now extra 400m will suit and should be able to beat GE.

4-3 SHAMSHIR SWORD - Won impressively in its maiden run over 1200m with timings of 1:9:76 Extra 200m will suit and should perform well again with PS in the saddle.

5-1 CASTILIAN - By Power. Had a lung opener this season with Akshay on board who had lost the whip near 250m. Now Zervan taking the ride and has power to see the winning post this time.

7-2 FAST RAIN - By Fast company. Had benefit of a run, was placed 2nd over 1200m 1:11:62  Secondly, I like Abishola by Dandy Man should perform well in its first run itself. Check in the ring?

Now in my view this rac will be straight beywee COSTA RICA and SUPER GIRL.

Out of the two I would suggest to take chances on SUPER GIRL.

SUPER GIRL has rubbed shoulder with giants like FOREST LAME/ SMASHING BLU etc.Evn in the 1000 when FF went ahead SUPER GIRL came 6 wide and at the distance post was fighting and was just about two lengths behind.Ultimately it tired out and finished (6th).That was because mile is not it's cup of T.But it at level wts finished ahead of COSTA RICA.today it's in reciept of 3.5 kgs from COSTA.

SUPER GIRL will be 10/1 win and 2.5/1 place.On tote even if yuou consider SHP it will be 7/1.JUST BACK THOS HORSE THRE WAY MORE IN PLACE.

Jodha. and he is also part owner in all three horse...Nobody knows with which horse he is going...  expect No. 4....play safe and wise.....Nothing to prove who got it right and wrong.....  Many of us, on the basis of our little knowledge and skill fancy Golden Era and Into it to win it..... and find that Square moon., winning.....

@ godzilla, this refers to race no. 2 , horse no1. , wipe does not be a factor in deciding the win or place. It is the weight allowance. And handicapp chance... 2400 distance... weight carried plays a major role..

IN IT TO WIN IT is a superior horse and good stayer. MSD is a good apprentice Jockey who has to only sit on the horse and push it with hands and heels, which he is capable of doing.

Out of the box is both Golden Era and IN IT TO WIN IT are  from the same stable Jodha. Mutual understanding will yeild required result.
