Pesii Shroff did not not get his suspension  cancelled easily. He went upto the Supreme Court. Prominent and famous Lawyer appeared for him.Hon'ble Supreme court questioned the MRC stating where is the Legilation that their decision must be accepted by other Clubs ???

 Later MAM settled the matter out of court.

True, Pessi   was suspended  by  the  then Madras race  club (MRC) because  MAM was controlling it. Bombay (Mumbai) and  other raceclubs 'refused'  this  decision and 'after' some  time Pessi  was  allowed  to ride - everywhere or  anywhere...

I don't know how these rules were made by stewards / Race club authorities, but whenever an objection takes place by the third placed jockey, why he is not awarded with the win when upheld, always the 2nd placed gets undue advantage, why don't they change the rules, (I didn't played any of those)

The bumping was caused by a chain and not intentional. Therefore, its not Jockeys fault.

The Stewards were well within their right to throw the objection thru the window as it happened accidentally by someoness fault. Viewing the video so many times by them clearly shows that the Chennai Stewards have not understood anything.

Its a blunder on the part of Stewards to uphold the objection.

I dont want to comment on the stewards of any club for that matter ....but the bumping and boring in the crucial stages definitely made a difference and the replay showed was clearly showing the entire thing....lets not snatch away the credit of Rahul but jstill i feel stewards were correct 

Yes... It's an unfair judgement... 100% wrong... Connections made it like that... This type of judgements shouldn't happen in future...

No one can question Chennai Stewards. Even Pesi Shroff was suspended by them for a year, anyone questioned them ?

It s Champion Owner Cup which was earmaked for Oscar Thunder connections. When Apprentice Rahul dashed and won, even the Champion owners were surprised. The enquiry is an eye wash to give the stakes to OT as originally planned and in the process compensate Rahul  side by side by  giivng balance two Races for the taking of H Rahul.  Ha ha ha ha.
