My name says it all even I have failed in punting mostly because of emotion and  commitments ,whenever I have played without that and with some money management skills  I had some good stories to tell because no believes here thats that's ok that's how the punter mentality or gambler minds work ,but this sport has to be saved for future generations because it won't go on like this change is inevitable Mumbai season was absolutely good in 3and 4yr old races I don't want to justify it though I can't help those naysayers and those primitive minds . even I lost money but I won't speak out of pockets kudos to the stewards and management of rwitc to be frank I was absolutely thrilled and found hope but the pandemic struck again no issues ,I hope covid won't be here for long I think.moreover I am against numerology and astrology purists just because as u said already this sport is loosing charm as skill game as it is becoming gambling den so in the midst of it I cant able to digest those astronumero purist logics that might misguide young and brave punters so raised my opinion to save in this way that's it.

For your question of accepting my son has a punter ,that's a absolutely yes if he is educated financially stable to bank roll himself why not ,I have seen successful punters I can't say the names in ht may you too know them I don't know ,for example Prakash gosavi has openly given selections with proper bankroll has shown Indian punters how to do it openly if he can why can't we ,so he is that much wise enough to understand and if he is strong enough totaccept failure he can do whatever he wants ,end of the day or life he has to die happily with what he has lived for or thrived for therefore absolutely a YES he can become a punter , I didn't mean to hurt your feelings I am just against astronumero purists.

So betting on horse racing has now come to this??? Throw out handicapping, track works and other gold standard methods of picking winners. The globe trotting  wise man is now zeroed in on astro numero after last failed few methods including claims of place wins on 4^th placed horses. If the old man is so sure about the methods then why is he giving 3 choices in a race and still not able to give strike rate of above 40%?? It’s a classic case of sour grapes. These peoples cannot study a proper card. They do not know why a certain horse won or lost. So they switch to such phony methods. I liked the clever disclaimer in head post though mentioning the  peculiarity of indian racing. Lol

 If it’s a real science and has some merit then it would do good to all if the student so this science give single selections per race and achieve the strike rate of atleast 40%. No tough ask

Well.  I do not know how to react.  All punters who bet at tote or with bookies are gamblers only.  Similarly anyone who plays poker with stakes, who bets in casino games like roulette, who plays cards with stakes, who plays andar-bahar are all gamblers.

So, at least we have one person among us who is not a gambler.  That is yourself.  Long live punters who shares similar mindset.  

What about those who invest heavily on horses?  I have never thought about them.  But, I can say they are businessmen who try to exploit our weekness towards gambling.  Some succeed.  Some fail.  That is not our head ache.  

"We should educate fellow punters, sustain the sport for future generation....!"

I am crying out loudly to all fellow punters to bet low & bet at tote.  I am asking them to never bet with bookies who are taking bets at 10%.  Whether anyone is listening?  

And what for you desire that we should sustain sports for future generation?  At present the sport is in the stranglehold of bookies, rogue trainers, greedy & corrupt stewards.  It shall be greatest relief to the existing punters if this sport dies painful death.  You are speaking of carrying forward the sport to next generation!

Only one question to you.  Will you encourage your son to pursue career as professional horse race punter?  Most of the current day gamblers (middle aged) are sucessful in life in one aspect.  Their children are happily pursuing their career as doctors, engineers or chartered accountants!

number game can work but not in horse racing - roulette table after five or six black back red - there is some hope there ....clutching at straws when everything else has failed ....

2- Only best tracked horse

3-Leading jockey

4-Leading Trainer

5-Just one owner ( during MAM Day's)

6-Good apprentices

7-Foriegn jockey's

8-First favourite

9-First favourite for SHP

10-Weight reduced horse

11-Last outing winner

12-First in bend position in last outing

13-Trainer's own horse

14-Some neumerical no's

15-Some lucky no as per astrologer advice

16-The last winning no

17-First outing horse

18-First run after gelded

19-Winner of mock races

all most all these reflects in a win place, because racing is a daily activity which continues cyclically.If some body followed a no eg-5 some time it may come or not come on someday but some times keep repeating ....Most probabily the winning horses in that no on that day may matches the day's requirements or merits.

None of the old Great Saint's of Bharat are astrologers but astro scientist's. There is an ocean of difference between two.

How can you say any logic can win as punters we should not say it we are considering it has punting we aren't gamblers if so even everyone will win some lose some that isn't the story here in horse talk ,this platform is for educating fellow punters and promoting sport for the future generation how ever no guarantee of winning there must be a concrete proceedure to this whole racing thing atleast percentage wise or else this sport would have long gone and there wouldn't be a talk about skill ,no one would have followed form book nor bol Cole Bel not even horse talk it would have been Matka like single number, why do you think breeders and owners invest so much money just to watch horse running or winning think about it why do they talk so much about pedigree aren't they educated y don't all horses compete in all distances it's all about skill one who can't adapt easily complex subject so many parameters and a bit of luck so we punters too win some and lose some it's all about percentage game And money management like equal betting there so many good subject and topic to learn this is a never ending subject we should keep on fine tuning please dear sir don't infest fellow new punters with your fictional stories ,more over saying fav will in this race and it will lose in this race can be predicted by kids too it isn't big deal it's about 50percentage shot to say that y u need astrology and numerology even I ain't a winner everyday but I don't win regularly and I won't lose regularly too that's how it works 

Please grow up and become a punter or else accept as gambler and say whatever you want we don't mind too ,sorry if I am offending you that isn't the purpose  you don't need to play races to become a gambler atleast andar bahar would do , actually I won't react much in ht but these numbers game is disturbing ,seen so many people who have mentals going after this theory so I don't want you to be one my sincere request sir .

One last question for astrology and numerology experts no need to answer just introspect and answer yourself if in a race of consisting a horse like Jacqueline as horse number one in a two horse race against a maiden horse as it ran 1guineas I think ( forgotten not sure ) if number 2  iniastrology and numerology is prominent against it and it's last 5k of your life if u bet and loose u will die  and  you have to bet you can't skip still would you guys go with 2 

If yes  we would be dumbstruck and no more discussions

Please try to educate us dear senior smart educated experienced tipsters and punters we don't need your selections for money we have lot other options to see for selections we come here to improve ourselves with our knowledge

I have a question or consider this as a doubt or a request for all astro  numerology experts 

Consider a race as three horse field 

With three astro numerol experts to give Thier selections according to astrology for first one these are the horse to select from

1.horse name aaaa

2.bbbb

3.cccc

And for second one  it's like 

1.cccc

2.aaaa

3.bbbb

For third one 

1.bbbb

2.cccc

3.aaaa

And he result was like 

First aaaa

Second bbbb

Third cccc

Does all three of them select the same numbers are different ones 

Considering level wieghts 3 .yrs old maiden race does the result has any bearing to the numbers is my question 

If any three of them pass this one can crib on numero astrology breeding industry doesn't thrive on sun momoon and stars and numbers growup and don't spoil or confuse small time punters because they they might have a small bank roll they might lose trying on it they might lose all their money before knowing that they were wrong please I feel pity on numero ASTro punters sorry to say like I respect each and everyone has everyone's goal is to win money here by punting I just want know if you guys succed in it I will follow you from the very next day I won't see the names of the horse or jockey draw or the form book

HI LARRY ...my friend ..be ready for you know what..thats why on this subject it's best to be silent.people are waiting like sharks to piounce if on this subject there is a miss.They may be giving all paisa horses as great handicappers that too fails mostly but if a astro numero fails it gives them food .

You are welcome to be counted among believers; but there is also a very strong bunch of naysayers.

Astrology, parrot jyothisham, tumbler shastra etc will have its believers as long as Sun, Moon & stars exist.  There is nothing wrong in punters betting on the numbers as per indications of Astrology.  

I am not against Astrology.  Any kind of logic sometimes works.  For eg there was a punter who used to bet on the horse ridden by a jockey who was wearing red shirt!  

What I am against is the stupid statements from the self styled astrologers.   "Bet on horses with card number 2,7 & 10 or draw no 2,7 & 10."  Another worthy says  "astro says favorite can lose; favorite may win"  etc.  Can you make out head or tail of such statements?

And, coming to your discussion on yesterday's races at Kolkata!

You say, one could have solved jackpot by investing just 10/-.  The jackpot was c/o yesterday at BNG & the consolaton paid whopping 16k on one ticket!  I can only say that such bravados will not be supportive of  any theory.   On any day, it will require only 10/- to win jackpot, exacta, trinella etc.  

Now, you are telling that Marvellous will win as per astrology.  Whether it wins or loses will be known only after 5.30pm.  And, it is most likely favorite.   

We would like to hear such positive comments on minmum of 15 horses.  (There is still 5 more race days at Mumbai).  If your prediction proves right in 6 or 7 races, then we can say that there is total justification in the astrology theory that you are following.

All you have to do is to locate horses and elaborate (briefly) on which theory of astrology, you are fancying that horse!

The  question  is  does  it exist  now   and do the present  astrologers      have  the  expertise   and secondly  is  it  applicable  to  racing?

It  is  a free  world  and all those  who  believe in  it  and  numbers  are  most  welcome  to  do so.

The  betting with  bookies  or  tote is   from  collections and  not  from  any  where  else.The pay out  depends  on  it

So let  these  persons  bet  on  astrology  and  numbers to swell the  kitty. and give us poor souls  more money.

CHERIO THE BIGGEST ASTROLOGER KNOW CLAIMED HE MADE700/800 CORRECT PREDICIONS IN HIS LIFE TIME.WHILE THE TOTAL PREDICTIONS MADE BY HIM IN HIS LIFE MAY HAVE BEEN 50000/6000 THOUSAND..SHOWS HOW ACCURATE HE WAS.. ABOUT 10%.
