Myrc Imbroglio - Goverment Defends Lease Decision In Hc

The Karnataka State Government has defended its decision to lease out 139 Acres Land to MRC. The Government told the HC that it would continue the lease of the land to MRC. The State Cabinet had taken a decision on extending the lease with retrospective effect from July 1, 2016 to July 31, 2046, on a rent of 2% on gross annual income of MRC.

The Court told the Government to file an affidavit defending it decision. The petitioner is very disappointed with the stance of the Government.

the problem with race clubs is anyone and everyone can take the race club to court, people dont even know that they cannot fight it individually,since they cannot afford to pay the lawyer's fee individually, and they cannot fight it out in court as a team or syndicate since they dont have unity, instaed of wasting time for all these things better to sit and watch, so that you wont waste your time for something you cannot change.

The race club people must go to government and talk about the issues and they must take consideration of members and find a permanent solution
