I am a USA citizen and OCI card holder means Origin Citizen of India.

I migrate to usa more than 30 years ago. 

In order to open any betting account in USA, They need to be USA citizen or Green card holder or Work permit in usa. With One official  Photo ID with Checking/Current Account in Bank etc.

It's legal I am USA citizen, I bet on NYRABETS.COM which is run by New York State Gov. ( New York Racing Association ) I don't bet illegal websites and There is lot of legal web betsites in USA for Example DRF BETS and so on. If you play illegal web sites they cheat you for paying funds and you don't want to give your name and Social Security number with phone and address etc. I used to visit to India every year and since Corona Virus I am not visiting MY INDIA.
