Poonawalla,seen on Internet that Maharashtra Government provided permission(in connection with start of Pune Season).Hope,it should be true.Your**Expected/Estimated Date** regarding start of Mumbai Season quite near to truth. (Mumbai Season,generally starts after Deepavali Festivals.)

There is no such message in the rwitc website.  

Pune season may or may not start.   We do not know.  Presently there is no racing at Pune, and there is no official announcement regarding the start of the racing season. 

We can be sure about that only if rwitc mercifully publishes the fixtures.

Anyway, it would have been better if you had mentioned the source of such message.  As things stand, Pune races this season are a washout. 

However, if your statement is true that MH-Govt has given the green signal, we can expect Mumbai season to start racing from Mid-November.

Request RWITC to allow online betting channels BETINDIARACES and PLAY.HYDRACES to operate on races in Western India if and when races resume.

Hope RWITC members are getting ready to start pune  Racing arround 1st week beginning of October 2021
