This is mock race for Sunrise, getting ready for 2000 Guineas next month.

Derby is in the safe hands of jockey Bhawani Singh followed by Queen O War. Zuccarelli needs more ground and I think the  trainer and connections are aiming thisI horse for Indian Derby.

Zuccarelli may not be sighted, Regal command for place

12 - Queen O war will fightbit out with 11 Zuccarelli.  12 will WIN with A Sandesh - Awesome bet at good odds. Play as much as you can :) 

Sunrise is the one horse in derby bang on it

Queen O War / Zucharelli / Rasputin are my shortlisted horses for Derby 

Queen's sire is having the only previous Derby winner and hence have slight advantage with top jockey in saddle, 

Rasputin's half sister Parisian have won 3 races at identical trip, though a maiden can place at longer odds here with this jockey

Zucharelli finished a good 2nd over distance in career and with a win in last start will be the other contender here

I hope Sandesh to get his first Pune Derby and first graded race win for the trainer AM Jadhav through Queen O War

I see it as a one horse race ,is going to be

 A star is born. It has got the best time for braking the manner of his last victory was spectacular..

Pesi just put Miracle away from Pune Derby owing to the jinx attached with this race. Pune Derby winners won't win the Mumbai Derby is the jinx.

when we see our horse give an excellent trackwork 2 days before the race , we get extra confident about our chances to win. Why is ZUCCARELLI's last race bothering everyone that she may need rest. Consider it as a trackwork given a week early because she hardly used any fuel in that race.

Shes been tested over 2000mtr and only the wonder filly MIRACLE passed her and she beat the rest of the field by 3 lengths . Yes there may be better runners like Star is Born / regal Command / Sunrise and Queen'Owar but they lack experience. ZUCCARELLI will win the Pune Derby

P.S : If Pesi wasn't so confident about Zucc ,he would have accepted Alicia in the race.

Rest i dont know if the horses have travelled this far to eat grass or for invitation weekend's preparation

It's all going to be Zucarelli in the hands of Chauhan....

The three top contenders are A Star is Born, Regal Command and Queen O War. Two races in which David is riding you can see some good racing. It will not not be one sided. The jockey has come with some big wins and he is not here for sight seeing. The 3 should be there in the top 3. Appreciate trainer Karthik for encouraging jockey Bhawani in this big race and this will do a world of good to the jockey which will make him eager to achieve more for the stable/personal glory.

Impressive winner on debut, SUNRISE stands tall and hard to toss in DERBY. If bookies operate in Pune, I will back it.
