Buddy,
Weronika, at 3/1 for win & moneyback for place did not save even place money. Of course, we are tired of repeatedly hearing your theme song of taking retirement from betting. When a punter has no confidence of betting his own tipped horse, the most sensible thing to do is to not to mislead the punters.
Of course, it is your privelege, prerogative to tip horses for place betting even if the place dividend is money back. Only worry is a punter who bets millions on a horse should wait at least till the full card is published before venturing a tip. In these days it is sufficient if one tips two or three hours before the first race of the day. Such advance tipping should be restricted for only some important races like fillies trial, colts trial, derby etc.
Godzilla,
Mozelle, the race time favorite won at 2.75 (closing odds). Good guess.

95% of Buddy's tips are favorites that pay either money back or Rs, 11/- for a tenner. The bookies odds will be mostly double dash or at the maximumn 35ps. Buddy has declared 100s of times that he has lost the last pie that he owned because of his indiscretion in betting. And he is now an ex-punter! So, why are you asking irritating question of how much he bets, or how much he does not bet?
